The rooms are so small,the master bathroom is so tiny one person can barely fit,3 rooms share one bathroom/toilet. The bedrooms are soo small you barely have space to fit a suitcase.no wardrobes The owner asks you to leave the property cleaned yet you get charged cleaning fees. The owner (jamie) is not hospitable at all. We had an issue with booking.com where the price we paid was for 6 adults but the guest list was updated as 1 adult. Unfortunately this wasn’t resolved under booking.com and they asked us to pay extra for the 5 adults which we did and we had the level 2 genius booking.com discount but the owner jamie refused the discount to be effected on booking.com and asked us to pay full price for the extra 5 adults.which was rude but since we had already paid £716 pounds and they didn’t have refund policy,we had no option but to pay more.(how could £716 pounds be the price for one adult for two night) He texted us 24hours after moving to ask us about keys and was quick to tell us he will deduct (£75) from our deposit because of security reasons he thought we had carried his keys only for him to find them in his house. on booking.com he put the description of a house with a hottub only after paying you are sent a contract to sign with conditions that the hottub has to be requested in advance in this case our advance wasn’t early enough (meaning the hottub doesn’t apply if you are having a short stay) so no value at all

the bungalow was really clean and had everything we need, the hosts were really accommodating when we need to stay an extra night

A very well presented Bungalow, Jamie made booking and key collection very smooth and easy, Top Man !! The bungalow had everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Would 100% recommend :)

This place was like home from home. Very clean and comfortable in nice surrounding. Really good access to main road links and close to historic Rochester High Street.

The location was great, close to everything but peaceful and very pleasant surroundings

Nothing to improve, It couldn't have been any better!
