Problème d’eau chaude : sur 3 jours nous dû prendre 2 douches froides … et quand le problème de l’eau chaude a été résolu : intermittence d’eau brûlante puis froide, très désagréable !

This was a beautiful family run luxurious villa! Absolutely loved the view from the property. It was so magical to be able to see and hear the river from the villa. I also loved how the villa was partially outside. Especially when a nice breeze came through. We even saw monkeys from the pool! It was so nice to be so removed from the busier other parts of Bali. I anticipated that the mosquitoes would be really bad but they were fine, although being from Australia we were kind of used to the mozzies and insects which can be expected as you are kind of in the middle of the jungle. The service from this villa was amazing, it felt like we were immersed into a community. The owner's brother in-law owned a restaurant up the road which had amazing balinese food that was delivered to our villa. We were also able to have a cooking class with them which was such an insightful and enjoyable experience. There were so many activities (sliver making, white water rafting, hiking, cooking) to do around that was organised all through the villa which contributed to such a great experience. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to help us and ensure we had an enjoyable time there and it was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this villa!

This place is very remote, and you can only get around via car/scooter so consider this before booking! Personally this made our experience better however some people may not like having to drive everywhere. This also meant that we only had two restaurants close by despite the fact they were quite good, there was not much variety. However you can easily visit the neighbouring town for more restaurants.

A villa and location like no other. The view of the valley with the constant river flow along with two days of luxurious sunset and sunrise experience provides for a therapeutic experience. The villa gave us an exceptionally romantic experience tucked within a farming village with the glorious Mt Agung overlooking it all. Service by the villa keeper, Ms Kadek, was top notch, ever so responsive and managed our needs throughout the stay there flawlessly. Villa is clean and has an open concept. There are no fans or air conditioning, yet the natural cool mountain air and breeze made up for it! Hot water and WiFi are available. Meals ordered via the restaurants in the village were appropriately priced and delicious. We went for the local delicacies. The villa and its surrounding village are safe with friendly smiling locals.

Getting to the villa via E-Hailing is possible, but getting out of it was a challenge. E-Hailing services are non-existent in this area of Bali, meaning you will need to rely on local transport who will charge you a lot of money for short distance trips (I suspect this was a seasonal rate spike). With this, you will also not be able to order meals via Grab/Gojek. This was a very small setback and our advice to prospective visitors to prepare in advance for it by either renting a car/bike when accessing this villa or bringing sufficient cash to pay for local transport if you intend to do local sightseeing.

the bed was not comfortable. It felt old and deformed.

Staffs are very responsive and friendly. The place was amazing, great view, we couldn’t stop taking pictures.

Quite lots of animals, lizards, bugs etc. We put some kind of insects repellent, and it was helping. The hot water in the shower took a while to come out. Breakfast also average.

It is so good, just embracing the nature, the staff is so nice,you can order the food in advance, the dinner and breakfast are good, and I enjoyed the treatment as well.

I loved our stay here. The room and the view really blew my mind. The service is amazing; this was the first place we went where you could order food, a massage, or a pedicure/ manicure to your room. Would definitely stay again.
