We were a family of 6 (4 adults; 2 teens) and we were very happy with our stay. The house is in a nice neighborhood and it is equipped with everything we needed. We used this as a base to visit Tampa, Busch Gardens etc and it was a convenient base for our travels. Everything was in great shape when we arrived and communication with the owner was easy and quick.

We really enjoyed our time and the home is just as beautiful as in the pictures. The check-in and checkout processes went smoothly. The communication with the homeowners was responsive, professional, courteous, respectful, timely, and personal. We arrived to a beautiful and clean home. Everything was as stated in the description. We didn’t think we’d use the hot tub much since we booked the last week of August, but with the hurricane rain that we had that week it was a nice amenity. It was also nice having the patio area with the hot tub and pool screened in. The king size bed was very comfortable. The location was close to everything we planned on doing. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed! The home looked exactly like the pictures and smelled freshly cleaned. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have helped was having TVs in the bedrooms. My teenagers kept fighting over the one TV in the family room. The pool and hot tub were clean. The owners were responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

This is probably the best place I've ever stayed! The house was spotless, check in was seamless, the house and property are gorgeous. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub, and the nice nature views from the enclosed patio! (Some great birds!) The master bedroom is majestic, and the other two bedrooms very comfortable as well. House is nicely updated and decorated, and neighborhood is nice and quiet. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely book again next time we come down to visit family!

First of all, the hosts James and Romeena were excellent as they provided great instructions for getting to and accessing the house and responsive to any questions that we had during our stay. Secondly, the house was amazing as it was very clean and stocked with any dishes, silverware and cooking utensils needed during our stay. Thirdly, the pool and the hot tub were excellent as well as they were both clean and functioned very well! Ultimately, our stay was very enjoyable because the house was very clean, spacious enough for our family (a total of four people), and provided great amenities, such as bottled water and chips upon arrival, multiple TV's throughout the house, and a great outdoor area! The house is also in a nice and quiet neighborhood as well. We highly recommend this property and these hosts! Thank you again to the great hosts!
