This 2022 double slide travel trailer opens up to a huge welcoming living space. This trailer has a private Bunkhouse in the rear with its own entry door and half bathroom. In the front of the trailer is the master suite and full bathroom with shower. The living space feels like you are home away from home with a kitchen island, booth table, and couch with ottomans facing the tv. Kitchen has everything you need to cook: microwave, oven, coffee K-cup, pots & frying pans, mixing bowls, utensils, measuring cups, strainer. Dish soap is included. One roll of paper towel and limited garbage bags included. The outdoor kitchen includes a mini fridge and slide out stovetop. Plenty of storage underneath for addition coolers or luggage. All linens, bath towels, and beach/pool towels are included. There is an Outdoor area mat and 2 adult chairs. Only the master bed will be made up. The linens for the bunks are provided on the bed folded. The rig requires 50amp hookups. We have a 30 amp converter and a portable sewage dumping container if needed. Does not have a generator. Pick up and Drop off times are an estimated time based on the usual check in and check out times for most RV Campgrounds. Those times will be arranged based on your Communiations. A Pick Up meet up time will be agreed upon. Please note that there will incur a late fee if you are later than 30 minutes of the agreed upon pick up time. Towing: If you choose to tow the RV yourself you must have a 3 quarter ton pick up truck minimum to pull this rig.
