Home is stunning and immaculately clean. We cooked several meals in the home and the kitchen was well equipped, had everything we needed. Maria was a great host, would love to return.

Home was clean and listed exactly as is. Back yard and deck were amazing. Full kitchen with everything you need. The large space is perfect for families. The downstairs had a separate living space which was amazing for children. Will stay here again.

We had a great weekend stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the spaces inside and out along with an end of season dusting of snow to wake up to Saturday morning! The home had everything we needed and more in the kitchen for meals and prep. The neighborhood was quiet and was situated perfectly to get to the soccer fields for the tournament we were attending. Would certainly book again!

Overall, the property is very nice and well stocked. The owner was very easy to work with and allowed us to store groceries a day ahead of our check in day. We did find that the 5th bedroom mentioned wasn’t actually a bedroom - more of a den with no door and with only a very low to the ground/toddler size bed. We were not able to use this room, which was disappointing. Apparently we learned that propane was not included for the BBQ and as such, within a minute of our putting steaks on the grill, the flames went out. We assume there must not have been propane in the tank. Other than these two disappointments, the house was wonderful and our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

This was the perfect place to stay. We were a group of 8 adults and everyone had their own bed to sleep in except for the master bedroom where 2 shared a king bed. The home was well equipped and only a 9 minute drive to Toyota Convention Center. We absolutely loved it.

The property had everything we need. Especially the kitchen as we cooked 2 large meals for 10 people. And it was fantastic. This property is well worth the booking! Thank you Maria!!

This is a beautiful modern home fully equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is beautiful and has every kind of dish you would need.
The bedrooms are nicely decorated and very spacious. The master bathroom and bedroom are especially beautiful. A lot of space we didn’t even get to enjoy because it’s so spacious and we all stayed together in one area. This home is perfect for a large family. I hope to be able to stay here again next year and will definitely plan more activities in different parts of the yard and home. The homeowner communicated promptly and is very kind.

Our family stayed for several days. The bedrooms fit our needs perfectly! The spacious kitchen was perfect for cooking meals for everyone and it was very well equipped. It was pretty hot so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor patios as much as we would have liked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Property location is excellent. A little off the beaten path but quiet, peaceful and nice. Paying for amenities at a VRBO, should include everything, not being left with empty propane tanks and told you can go fill them. Why would we fill propane tanks for your next visitor. Cheap move on managers part but would use home again, just not plan on BBQing.

This property was perfect for a relaxing, yet fun-filled weekend with our families. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own sleeping space but great gathering areas for everyone to be together. We would definitely book here again.

This property was our base location to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona. This home was immaculate upon arrival inside and outside. Fabulous open concept, huge kitchen space, and several outside gathering, relaxation spaces. Lovely bedroom spaces all with large closet space. The property manager was easily accessible and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this property, and we were pleasantly surprised with the town of Prescott, it’s a destination in of itself with wonderful restaurants, parks, hiking, and nightlife.
