The place was great. The cleanest property I’ve stayed in. They think of everything from entertaining the kids with the games room, to coffee pods for the adults. Super convenient location. Close to all beaches, cafes and a stroll to Woolies. Beds are actually comfortable. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Stylish holiday house with convenient access to shops (woolworths, aldi). 10 mins drive to beaches. Rooms were spacious and modern, and clean. Kitchen was well equipped, high chair was provided along with kids cutlery which was very thoughtful. Rice cooker, air fryer, coffee machine were wonderful additions to the kitchen, all in impeccable condition. Owners Chris & Lynn were super responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Looking forward to staying at the property again.

Beautifully appointed, fresh and serene. Biggest oven I’ve ever cooked in!! Every detail has been thought of, right down to labels on the light switches so you aren’t fumbling about. I highly recommend this beautiful space, especially for a big family. ❤️

Now we know why its was consistently rated 5/5 ⭐️. Everything was as described with a few good surprises👍 Location was only around a 10 min drive to landmarks. Even the shower gel got my family raving! Will definitely book again when in the area!

Confused, house advertised as child friendly but full of potential harmful issues with children. The bunk bed collapsed on one of our kids. The owner charged us for a replacement. The bed was not of a quality that it was safe to be used as a rental. The owners blamed us for their poor choice of bunk bed said we smashed the bed, this a hurtful accusation and untrue. Luckily our child was not hurt, however it did impact our stay. I will never use Stayz again that’s for sure.

Stayed at Serenity by the Bay for 3 nights with my family and my brother and his family. As soon as we walked in the property, we were wowed by the place. It was very clean, we loved the open kitchen, living and dining room space, very modern and very stylish (it looked like a display home!). The bedrooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. The kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. Overall, it just had everything we needed and we felt very at home. The hosts did an amazing job. It was an easy check in, Chris and Lynn were always easy to contact and were quick to reply. Chris and Lynn had everything covered from having kids plates and cutlery, to the games room, amenities, a welcome pack of delicious goodies which we enjoyed and a helpful book that has everything from places to eat, to see, instructions on using key appliances etc. We enjoyed toasting marshmellows on the fire pit in the backyard and used the bikes there to explore the neighbourhood. Location was great, so close to the beaches, the national park, Woolworths was just down the road that you can walk there, close to town and plenty of nearby places to eat. After a day of exploring Jervis Bay and surroundings, it was so nice to come back to Serenity by the Bay! Thanks Chris and Lynn for a wonderful stay, we would love to come back. Highly recommend staying here especially for families.
