تأخر بالدخول للمجمع بسبب سوء التنظيم من الشركة صاحبة الشقه صراحه شي مستفز تجلس عند البوابة اكثر من ساعتين بالشارع على شان تدخل بس والمشكلة ماتعرف تتكلم مع مين لو مادفعت الحساب مسبق كان كنسلت الحجز

Issue of water that arose but was not particularly solve within an expected timeframe of at least an hour knowing fully well the environment with regards to being a foreigner

The apartment was new and not fully equipped and nothing like the pictures posted in the Ad. This is very expensive booking compared with most of the accommodations in Cairo. Very very very time consuming and complicated check-in process. The staff takes long time to respond and most of the times we needed to call to get answers.

- The rate was significantly higher than most of the accommodations in Cairo, though we felt we are going to receive superior service for such price. No housekeeping was offered. The staff was not responsive to our frequent concerns about the ants infestation in the kitchen. In fact during our 4 nights stay, no one showed up to spray the area or even respond to my messages in WhatsApp. Even after I called them on the phone, no one showed up. I took pictures of the huge number of ants walking on the kitchen countertop and happy to share it with the administrators of the building if they care to ask for it. - The bed sheets strongly smelled bleach. - Hand soap was not provided in the small toilet. Although we did not use it a lot because of the ants walking all around the floor. - The furniture was generally clean, but not matching with the overall pictures posted in the site. The TV unit had heavy dust over the shelves as well as the bedboards. - Very complicated check-in process. We needed to send copies of our passports via WhatsApp, Booking, and then we were sent a link to fill in all of our passports information. I have no idea what’s the administrators of the building job if they are asking for copies of the passports then asks us to fill an online form asking for all the information they have!

Location and security is very good. The furniture was good and comfortable. The internet was very good. Though I didnt meet any of the staff, they were quite responsive and in touch

Though the idea of getting the key is good, through a pass code, but entering the building was a hassle as the guards were not aware, so they didnt allow me in with the family, which took me a while till I found one entering the building, as I was not able to get in touch with the staff timely. The cleaning tools were placed in the guests toilet in a none appropriate way

The staff's service is not professional, very bad actually. I found a harmful bug on the bed, very bad.

HORRIBLE customer service I was unable to gain access to my apartment for over 6 hours. They kept saying they would help. But no one did. When I asked for my 1st night refunded, they refused The shower was clogged for 2 days before someone actually came to look at it. The water flooded the bathroom and seeped into the master bedroom On our last day, the kitchen ceiling leaked a lot of water making the kitchen very dangerous to walk in. We had to throw down towels to absorb the water. No one came to address the issues

Our stay was fabulous. The residence was so clean and the location was great not far from airport and downtown and it’s next to the shopping malls. Security is 24 hours. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Special thanks to miss MERNA.

New and well equipped, quite area Very near to CFC it takes only 5 mins by car and only 25 mins to the airport. There is no traffic. New development, Parking available. Location well connected by motorways to all parts of Cairo

Location of the Property and the value I paid

The level of cleaning and there were water issue in the property, where the water supply stopped for more than ten hours. I was surprised when I reached the property I was asked to use the stairs instead of elevator even I was carrying large items and big bags. There were insects issues as well.
