the staff was very helpful. the place is near everything like shops,restaurant,pharmacy etc

we arrived late bcoz of delayed flights, The room they assigned to us are smelly and dusty,there's also sign of termites infestation.Hairs and suspicious stains in sheets.Its midnight so we decided to ask for a cleaner the next day. The gentlemen mentioned they only have 1 housekeeping so shes really struggling to keep up with the job.They did Cleaned our room afterwards so nothing to complaint now, I wish they could improved the maintenance of the place as well as the cleanliness,a lot of things are broken and need fixing. Lovely location

A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located above ground, and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. The fresh water dispenser, Wifi, and air-conditioning were all very welcome! This is an excellent Hotel to use as a central base for exploring the island of Biliran, be that the surrounding mini-islands, mountains, rice-terraces, or waterfalls.

Room was ok.....staff is good....

Toilet in room 311 have problem hopefully they can sorted that as soon.....I hope soon have an elevator so that it easy to go up my suggestion only.... and restaurant

Loved the location and the price.

No hot water and cockroaches so left the light on in the bathroom to stop them coming out.
