Very clean , well organised, owners personally took care of everything which means high standards. A lot choices at breakfast and reasonable time . Felt comfortable around the house . It’s quiet location but close to Center .

Very small parking , if you own a big car or van ,could be difficult to park. Good we took smaller car not the Jaguar XJ . Our bed was small double . If you used to big beds ,not recommended to book winter room exactly. Worth to ask the upgrade :)

The location was lovely, we have visited WSM many times and didn't realise that the Victoria Park area had so many beautiful buildings. Our room was perfect with an amazing selection of Teas and coffees. The large bottle of water was another thoughtful touch. The car park was safe, secure and convenient. Our Breakfast was excellent way above expectations Keith and Julie were outstanding hosts throughout our overnight stay.

Breakfast was great and cooked to order. The location was also very good and just a short walk to the sea front. The hosts Keith and Julie were very helpful. Onsite parking was very good and plenty of room. The room was spotlessly clean and well prepared.

It was close to seafront had parking idea for my needs ,everything was clean and well presented ,a warm friendly couple were perfect hosts I would highly recommend to anyone going to Weston .

Good location for the seafront

Exceeded all our expectations. This place is obviously a labour of love. It is scrupulously clean, amazing attention to detail. Extremely comfortable bed in a very pleasant room. Breakfast was a real pleasure, tasty and hot. Very reasonably priced for such a wonderfully catered for stay.

Absolutely nothing.

They say first impressions count, we were welcomed like friends and not customers. Greeting us at the door with a joyful smile and tone. Shown around some of the magnificent property including taking us to the room was a nice touch. Julie and Keith were just so nice and friendly. The room was very well decorated with modern well looked after furniture. Smart TV on the wall was good for chilling on YouTube after a shower. THE BED, If at all possible I would have taken it home, it was like sleeping on clouds and the first time in months I’ve slept for 7 hours straight. After a good nights sleep we had options of fresh cooked breakfast with juices/coffee and fruits.

Nothing really could be improved on. Keith and Julie know what customers want/need and deliver it exceptionally well. After years of travelling they seem to have it sorted

The hosts were really friendly. Our room was lovely and we both really enjoyed the breakfast.
