There was no way to contact the owner to ask questions. It was IMPOSSIBLE no matter how much we looked in Verbo website. There was no WiFi even though there was a sheet which gave the network name, it did not exist. No code provided for ski lockers so we had to leave the skis in the car. Very few kitchen items, like normal glasses for drinking water, just wine glasses, teflon pans that were scratched, etc, etc. It was unlike the unit in the same building where we had stayed before. We actually had contact with the property manager or the owner but here when you clicked on it it went to a blank page.

Our family of five had a great 5 night stay at Jonathan’s property. The property is clean, well equipped, has new furniture and comfortable beds. As skiers you cannot beat the ski in/out convenience. Jonathan was very prompt in his communication and a great host. We would stay again.

We always enjoy our stay at this condo. We typically come in the spring to enjoy Story Land and other attractions with our children. This was our first time booking the condo during the winter and enjoying Cranmore's skiing. The location can not be beat - ultimate convenience!

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in North Conway! So many fun things to do at Mount Cranmore. The place was immaculate with lovely finishes. Owner was very communicative and patient with us. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing! Brand new condo building right on Cranmore mountain. Perfect location in North Conway. Beautiful apartment. Great benefits with the pool, hot tub, mountain, laundry, and parking to name a few. Only thing I would have liked that would have been helpful especially with young children would be extending the check in and check out times an hour to 3pm and 11am. Other than that our stay was fantastic. Will try to come back for the winter to enjoy the mountain more.

We were not made aware of major issues that should have been disclosed prior to booking. Noisy construction work as we had children needing naps. Only 1 keyfob provided (for 8 people) which is required for access to: the building, unit itself, private parking lot & pool. We told owner of challenge and he said “too expensive to provide more fobs” Couldn’t access unit door until it magically opened after communications with the owner. Wet towels left in dryer that belonged to the unit. “Sorry, cleaners must have not finished their work”. Found the fridge not cooling, had to read manual-it was in vacation mode (OFF). All our groceries were spoiled. Owner said it was previous renters (really doubting they would touch fridge settings) Couldn’t get the thermostat working in 2 bdrms, owner controlled temperature for us. Clearly, he had ability to access “smart” devices and adjust things remotely. NO excuse for us spending our vacation troubleshooting technology. Weare reasonable people trying to enjoy our short amount of time off. When we tried to address these issues, owner did not respond. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, but don’t want this to happen to other families.

We had a wonderful stay in Jonathan’s home. The property was very clean and quiet. We cooked most meals there and had all we needed. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit with both the kids and adults and the AC made our stay very comfortable. As an added bonus we could even see the town fireworks from the balcony! Communication with the owner was always prompt, friendly and accurate. We would 100% recommend this property and would stay here again.

This is our second stay at this property. The location is great, the property is spacious and we enjoy the resort amenities.

We had an awesome stay with our two kids. Quite a bit of snow and it was incredibly convenient - as parents, our time was limited! Great communication, too.

Our whole family loved our stay. Everything was pristine and had lots of thoughtful touches, from the body wash dispensers to having some Keuring pods available. The ski lockers were really helpful to have and made skiing as a family a little bit easier!

Fabulous place for a family ski trip. Plenty of room for ourselves, daughter ,son in law and granddaughter who enjoyed her 1st of hopefully many ski and tubing vacations.

We rented this unit in Dec for a quick ski getaway. The property is close to area attractions and is right at the base of the mountain which made skiing with our four kids much easier. The condo is bright and modern, had everything we needed and more. Kids loved swimming in the pool after a long day on the slopes! Highly, highly recommend this property!

North Conway holds so many family memories, this weekend we relived two generations of those memories while making more with the third generation, what a gift! Kearsage Brook was the perfect stay, beautiful, clean, & family friendly!

We stayed with our twins and au pair during our trip to Storyland (down the road in North Conway, NH). The townhouse felt brand new. The beds were really comfortable, the hosts gracious and helpful, and of course the setting was beautiful. I'd highly recommend!
