We are group of friends who all use to live in WA and now two of us live in DFW and the other two are clear across the country. We try to get together once a year for a reunion trip! We found this lovely home and glorious swimming pool. All the details of the home were so cute and it was a very welcoming stay!

We were in town for a college graduation with family coming in from multiple places. We had a great place to hang out in the hot tub and pool (heated) and to relax indoors. The house is well decorated but open and casual, very comfortable. We had a great trip, we did opt to have the pool heated. We used the hot tub daily and used the pool as time allowed with some rainy weather. Highly recommend and would / will gladly give first call here when next we're going to be back in town.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed to accommodate our family with small children. We felt very comfortable for the duration of our stay and appreciated the quiet, safe neighborhood. Management was very attentive to messages and prompt to reply. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Dallas.

This house was perfect for our stay. Roomy, spacious, clean…the pictures are exactly what you get. The kitchen has everything you can think of. My husband fell in love with the electric tea kettle. The bedrooms are great size and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well appointed home in quiet neighborhood. Wonderful setting for family time with all your loved ones. AC worked great in 120 degree heat. Owners responsive when we needed to reach out for a (minor) concern. Would recommend to others

Was celebrating my birthday with my daughter sister, and and grandkids. We had a super time in the pool I’m a Lady of a particular age, but I enjoyed playing basketball in the water. The house was immaculate. Everyone was comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet five stars and I’ll be back.

Easy access to the highway for the event we went to and we enjoyed a day at the pool. Everything we needed plus things we didn’t know we needed it is very well managed. We will book again next time in the DFW area.

Let me start off by saying, I am a very particular on cleanliness and the overall quality of my stay. I’m so picky and this house blew me away!! for starters. Brandi was so good at communicating, and she was in tune to all of our needs and request. The house was clean. It was spacious. It had a lot of amenities the pool I was perfect. I love that it’s gated so we don’t have to worry about the littles. The rooms were so spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were huge and clean. The neighborhood was stunning, I felt safe there. it was very close to the interstate and Easy to get to. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and we will definitely be returning.

Not in a busy area, but still plenty to do. The owners were super nice and responsive with any questions we had. Very clean and stocked with any amenities/supplies you would need. Will be going back!!

We took a trip to see some family in the Dallas area. The property was in a great location and easy to find. Beautiful and clean. Brandy was always available to speak will. I would recommend to anyone looking to relax or just visiting the area. We will be using them again when we come down.

The house is so open and welcoming. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We stayed in spring and heated pool and hot tub were so enjoyable. The whole group thought the pillows and mattresses were all really comfortable. Plenty of items for traveling with little ones too. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay. Unseasonably cold in TX so extra blankets and heat were perfect. Close to walking trails and golf course. Will return if in the area again.

We had a mini Getaway trip for 2 days on Spring Break at this VRBO. It was perfect! We could not have found a better host and house for our family! Our 6 year old loved this house!! We loved the safe neighborhood, cleanliness, bright decor, heated pool, entertainment and games, and communication from Brandy!! Thank you! We look forward to visiting again this Richardson VRBO🤩

House was set up perfectly!!! All the amenities you could need for your stay neatly organized!! Brandy provides exceptional service and is very responsive had a small problem with the pool and she fixed it immediately! Can't go wrong staying here!!!

This was one of the best vacations rentals I’ve ever stayed at! The house was so well thought out and had everything a family would need to stay comfortably. I did lots of cooking in the kitchen and it was well stocked with the appliances we needed. Brandy was so friendly and easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond when we had a question or when we needed to extend our stay. The heated pool was AMAZING, even with chilly weather my kids enjoyed swimming in it! The location and neighborhood were also wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!

This was honestly a dream come true for us. We were supposed to originally go to Puerto Rico and cancelled last minute to avoid the storm. Another STR app failed us because I couldn't book last minute due to being "high risk". Brandy literally saved our butts by hosting us. The home was perfect in every way. Even with the minor plumbing issue, Brandy was very responsive and understanding. I would definitely book with my family again and recommend to anyone else!

This house was amazing! It was perfectly appointed with great attention to detail. The beds were so comfortable and the showers were great too! The kitchen is well stocked. It would be great for families. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool! We just loved this place! It was clean and comfortable and we would definitely reserve it again.
