Apartment is very clean and nice

One of the beds was a little bit uncomfortable

Our hostess Emily was really pleasant. The gated building provided good security. There is a pool at another one of their nearby buildings that we had free access to even though we didn’t use it. We had no problems with WiFi connectivity.

The stove didn’t have a stable surface for the coffee maker and two batches of coffee spilled on the stove. The coffee maker had no handle. Roaches and ants were present. There was only one dinner fork. No privacy blinds on living room windows. Privacy blinds in bedrooms would not stay open position to allow natural light. All furniture was dilapidated. The shower head was very inconvenient to use and was partial inoperable. There’s more but I’ll stop here.

Very cute apartments. We traveled with a large group and was accommodated perfectly. The kitchen is equipped to cook and the apartment was clean.

The location is hard to find and google maps can get you lost. You need definitely reach out to the host before starting your journey. The location is only close to the beach by car, its not walking distance.

The person taking care of the apartment was very helpful and supportive

The location was not good. the Caleta beach is about 3 KM from the property and not “cerca”. Hot water system can be improved. a bit of an issue with the horn from the railroad locomotive, specially when you are sleeping at night

Hostess Milargos and her assistant were exceptionally nice and helpful. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

A little tricky to find at first.
