The location was great and the room was clean. Really the only downside was just how long it could take to get up and down from our room. You have to take two different elevators and there was always a wait for the second set. This will likely be less of a problem on a less busy weekend.

Great hotel and location, just a couple of weird hiccups kept me from giving it 5 stars across the board. The guest services app through the TV didn't work and our Kurig blew up spilling water everywhere and when we asked for a replacement they brought a Nespresso. We asked them to either bring us pods for it or another Kurig and they did neither. Also the buffet cook staff seemed overwhelmed by the crowds despite the hotel hosting a conference. Like i said just weird issues. Otherwise the front desk was amazing and the view from our room was breathtaking. Wolf Point is great for its access to everything, but not being right on top of downtown. Just be warned that if you are a light sleeper, do not get a room facing the railroad tracks.

Had a really great time! Very central locations and great view from room. Great to stay at if you want to walk around the city right from your door.

This hotel is very mediocre. The towel bar in the bathroom was not properly installed so it doesn’t stay on the wall, the bathtub and fixtures are not caulked properly, and there were no hand towels in our room.

The location of this hotel is brilliant for being very central in Chicago and therefore very easy to get out and about. The room was very spacious, in great condition and very stylish. Very comfortable bed and pillows also. We opted to have breakfast in the hotel and it provided a wide range of breakfast items both hot and cold. We also had dinner 1 evening and the food quality was really good plus it had a good range of wines and drinks on offer.

The room was nice, staff friendly, room was large, skyline view was great, pool was warm... 15th gloor lobby was stylish. but taking two elevators to/from your room all the time was a bit of a hassle. This was exacerbated my the fact it was Chicago Marathon so it was busy all the time. But despite it being the Marathon this hotel was the most reasonablely priced for being downtown so we dealt with the elevators... If you want a lower price for good locationvand nice experience the tradeoff is a slower journey to/from your room.

Everything was an extra charge. The front desk staff was not too friendly. Overpriced. They said they could accommodate different requests like early checking or validating parking but all of these came at premium additional fees. Desk staff was insulting and kept pointing out that I booked on Expedia which should not have made a difference to them, but they mentioned it multiple times when I asked questions or for help.

Never heard of Voco before, but tried it out anyway due to location and price. Very nice accommodations for a weekend in the city. Great location and views on Wolf Point.

Took a long time for hot water to reach 23rd floor. Water bottles empty in room when checking in. Loud a/c.

The room was perfect. We reserved a city skyscraper view and we were very pleased. The staff was kind and check in was quick. Access to parking was convenient. The amenities provided were excellent. Definitely going on our list of great hotels.

The cleaning staff were very nice and hospitable. The WiFi was shoddy at best which made it impossible to get any work done and I was traveling for work so that was an inconvenience. The TV was difficult to manage probably because of the wifi as well.

Just off of the loop if you are looking for a quieter stay that is still in the middle of downtown. This part of the city clears out in the evenings. One note - the checkin process, while individually it is very quick, the queue is extremely long for some reason every day. I personally waited in line to check in for over 30 minutes and it appears that queue length is a daily occurrence. Nevertheless, I will stay again, quality hotel all around.

The property is amazing! Only minor complaint would be 20 min wait for luggage pick up and the room we were assigned to at 7 pm was still being cleaned. Believe it was a one off but otherwise fab stay.

I stayed for two nights and was very disappointed. The shower didnt work.I called and it took hours for them to send someone, we couldnt shower. Then I called for towels bc they didnt clean our room, had to call mulfiple times then went down to reception and nothing. Then need to steam out clothes for a photo op we were going to and nothin, had to wear something completely different and it ruined our stay, it was so stressful. Very disappointed.

There’s room for improvement. The lady that checked me in was not familiar with all procedures to explain what I needed to know. Sam was amazing, he helped me with my parking situation and was extremely helpful. I wound of loved for the room to have it’s own microwave to avoid having to go 6 floors down to warm up food for my daughter. Another things is that the streaming on the tv was snot working and needed to watch live tv with hardly any channels for a kid.

Amazing stay, beautiful hotel

Room was ok but outdated. Service was fair. I left a bag in my room by accident when I checked out. Called the hotel and asked for lost and found, but they didn’t help me. Instead they directed me to a website to report my lost item. It’s now 5 days later and they still haven’t called me back about the bag I left.

Huge room and bathroom but shower had not the best water pressure. Comfortable bed but noisy from street and also from bar downstairs from where the bawling echoed up as it was open up through each floor. Not great staff downstairs and empty reception on floor 15. OK hotel but not really worth the price.

Very good place

Everything about the hotel for the cost was top notch except having to pay for breakfast!!! The lunch and dinner menu was acceptable even considering the cost of the stay, but breakfast should be on the hotel! I'm sorry, but for the money, one of the damn meals should've been on the house!

Other than the areas around the elevators/carpet in the hallways smelling super moldy, the vent in the shower having mold spots on it, and the air conditioning units in the rooms being incredibly loud, everything was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was located perfectly for our trip.

10/10 experience, especially for our first time in Chicago. My partner and I look forward to staying again; clean, quiet, safe, convenient, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. Great vibe
