Very beautiful hotel. Staff friendly and helpsome. Located in a perfect nice area in centrum. Breakfast excellent and you can have breakfast until 11.30 which i think is really good for a hotel

Hotel is good, rooms are a bit small typical of Europe I guess. Staff was great, property is well maintained.

The breakfast restaurant was perfect and the staff was so nice! Enjoyed our stay very much!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Browns Avenue Hotel as part of a longer anniversary trip in Portugal. The amenities and location were top-notch, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the food and beverages were delicious. But the service was the highlight - every single staff member was friendly and kind. When my husband became ill on our second night, staff members went out of their way to offer him extra water, bananas, etc. This level of service and hospitality really made the difference. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location. Some of the furniture suffered from wear. Front desk staff excellent but some others needed more training. Had a problem in the restaurant at dinner. Breakfast starts at 7:30 so if you are touring early don’t pay for breakfast. There is currently construction next door. Not a problem for us as it was a holiday. They should get rid of bathtub in suite - takes up all the room. Good design and nice staff.

This is a great hotel! Perfect location, amazing service and beautiful rooms. Lots of nice personal touches in the room make them feel so comfortable and elevates the whole experience. Thanks for being the perfect base in Lisbon :)

I was on a solo trip and Brown’s was the perfect hotel for me in a central location. Staff are wonderful. Nothing is a problem. They are very friendly and helpful. My bedroom was beautifully appointed and the hotel is next door to a fabulous restaurant called Honest Greens. As a solo female traveller it is great to find a great restaurant close by. I plan to return to Lisbon and this would be my hotel of choice. Thank you to all staff at Browns.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. My room and dining experience was extremely high-end luxe. Had a fantastic meal in the gorgeous restaurant. There was loud construction next to the building but that's life and going to happen. My room had so many thoughtful touches. The bed and sheets were soft. Rooftop was cute but since it was a cold season, I didn't stay up there or use that. Great location to shopping and other restaurants. Loved all the art books!

I like it overall. The hotel does not offer early check-in option, which is something that is important for travelers from US.

Great location to everything POPPIN in Lisbon. The staff were super attentive and helped us locate things around the city. We even arrived at 10AM and they were able to accomodate an early check in.

weird toilet smell in the room. rushed to check out by calls and maid knocking on the doo at 11:58am. average hotel. would not recommend

This is a beautiful hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful and very kind. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The decor is welcoming. Luxury shopping right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Lisbon.

Great boutique hotel. As you walk in you are greeted with a friendly professional reception, a selection of flavoured waters which is cool, calm and fragrant. The hotel is new, has a lovely, modern vibe. Breakfast was great, a relaxed feel with a selection of hot and cold food. Coffee was really good, and freshly made to order. The roof top is small, but has a honesty bar, fresh complementary water, beds, towels and a lovely small pool. A really nice way to start or end your day relaxing by the pool with a book! We had a superior room which was quiet, clean, and though not the largest, was comfortable and relaxing with great amenities. Overall we all loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it for a weekend break with friends or as a couple.

The hotel is pleasing but not a 5 stars. With no communal areas other than a library and a restaurant and courtyard, it does not reflect a 5 stars. Rooms are nice but no bathtub. Far too strong perfumes used in the reception and library. Recommend to replace with something more subtle. Have not seen the pool area.

Hotel was amazing. We had the master suite and it was everything I needed. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Excellent location. Breakfast was ok it would have been good if they had a bit more choice to be honest.

Amazing hotel - staff were welcoming and accommodating. Loved the library and free drink! Breakfast was an array of choices at the buffet and the room was syed nicely. My hotel room was delightful- so much attention to detail in the design. The hotel pool was small but charming - I loved all the plants surrounding it - made it feel cozy.

Really nice room with extra amenities such as a speaker and wine bottle. The bed is very confortable. However lack of gym facility which could have been nice.

Incredible stay. Location is ideal, central and only a €10 Uber ride from the airport. Rooftop pool is stunning and rooms are spacious and very well equipped for leisure or business travel. Will return again.
