I really like that the kitchen was fully equipped. The place was clean. The location was perfect.

If I had to get picky and say anything it would be the shower did not have enough water pressure.

The condo was clean. The condo was comfortable and despite limited soundproofing, the property was fairly quiet. The neighborhood is quiet. You are fairly close to a grocery store and some fast food outlets and not far from the beach and more major retail. Lots of golf close by.

The condo is 20+ years old and showing some age. There are some dings and scratches in fixtures, countertop missing some trim edging, laminate floors are worn from repeated cleaning, etc. Nothing that interfered with day to day living.
