Immediately upon check-in staff were very short. Got to our room and it had not been cleaned. Smudges on furniture, food, unflushed toilets, and urine on the toilet seat. Got promised a comp of the activities fees just to be told at checkout they can’t help us since I went through Vrbo. Loud and obnoxious noise after hours by the sly Clyde. I brought this to their attention and was told they can’t do anything about it until after 1100PM despite the car blasting loud music while my toddler was trying to sleep. Staff was very rude when I called again. Upon checkout I tried to raise these issues and again was told it’s not their problem it’s Vrbos. Extremely disappointed.

Pools and game rooms were a big hit with the kids. Lots of entertainment options in the resort, and very close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Condo was spacious, clean, and in good repair. Duplicate picture in the living room was a bit odd, but in general nice decor and comfortable furniture. Very comfy beds.

We always have a great time here! The computers were down when we were checking in, which took a while, but what was frustrating is there were like 10 employees all standing around! No one offered us water or coffee… those small gestures can really turn around a day. Also the housekeeping staff rushed us out and constantly blocked all the parking without consideration for guests. Property is great, customer service could be improved.

Overall solid property to stay with kids/teens but it is a little dated. Still a nice location to explore Williamsburg.

I am cold blooded & wish I had known that I needed to bring a fan. There are no fans in the bedrooms & the thermostat can not be turned below 68. My husband was fine but I needed a fan. It was a lovely apartment & my host was wonderful. If you like it cold, bring a personal fan.

After having our VRBO reservation suddenly cancelled with 3 days to go, the owner was very helpful in finding us last minute accommodations and was available for any questions that we had....so very good communications overall. The resort itself was in an excellent location to many restaurants, shopping options and less than 15 minutes away from the theme parks. The amenities offered (pools, mini golf, games, etc) was also excellent, although often very crowded at the time of our visit. The unit we were assigned was just adequate or satisfactory as it was in need of an update especially the carpeting which was dark, drab and not the cleanest. Although this resort was not our first choice for that reason, we were able to adapt and had an enjoyable stay overall.
