La ubicación es muy buena, está justo enfrente de la terminal. Las camas y la habitacion super amplias. Todo está muy limpio.

It was clean, and the room was quite spacey. I remember the bed was solid as well. It's close to the bus station, so as we were going to take the bus in the morning, the location was perfect.

The neighborhood is very sketchy but it's close to the bus terminal, so we knew this before and the owner mentions this as well.

Great if you need to get to the terminal 7-10 bus station. It’s right in front of the hostel :) room had all I needed!

I would have rated my stay more than just 10 if I could! The place is super, I had the largest room with a fabulous view and terrace and huge king-size and 5 star bed! The hostel is literally steps from the bus station, so is perfect for a late night arrival. But best of all is Flora, the kindest, sweetest of people I met in all of Costa Rica, she bent over backwards to help when I arrived late and had nothing to eat; we shared breakfast in the morning (a wonderful Gallo Pinto!), she let me stay on a bit more time to fit with my travel plans; she arrived with a heavenly rice pudding; I would like to adopt her! This will now be my go-to in San Jose and I highly recommend it.

All was perfect

I like everything.

Everything was super modern, especially the furniture and the bathroom. Upstairs, you could use a shared kitchen and living area, which we also super clean and modern. The beds were super comfortable.

The area of the location is a bit run down, a lot of homeless people. It is not recommended to walk around when it's dark. We only stayed for a night to then take the bus from here, so it wasn't a problem for us. It was a bit noisy during the night.

Perfect Location if you have to change buses at thhe bus terminal!

This is such as little oasis. While the area isn't the nicest W Hostel has done such an amazing job at creating a beautiful home so once you step in you completely forget about the outside world. It's literally opposite the bus stop which is really convenient. The room was huge! (I think I got lucky and got the biggest one though) with a really comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, fast wifi and lovely host.

great location for the public bus station to travel onto Puerto Viejo

Right across the entrance of bus terminal 7-10. Spacious room with two comfortable queensize beds.

The shared kitchen, living room and balcony on the second floor are good facilities, but the kitchen equipment is very poor.

Perfect location near to the bus station (Terminal 7-10). Good price. Really basic room, but all good for one night.

No fresh air inside. Our room on the ground floor had just a really small window looking to the corridor.

The room was very clean and spacious. Lovely Flora cooked me some dinner which was very generous of her❤️

The location is pretty dodgy, but fine for a night before catching an early bus at the 7-11 terminal. would not have felt safe walking outside alone though.

Neighbourhood was little bit strange, I didn't see the hostel sign at first, so was wondering around, not the best street for having a walk as a solo woman traveler :)

It's close to the bus station and it was clean. big room.

Unfortunately there was no window in our room so it was very high humidity (wet bed) so it was not possible to have a good sleep. Its close to the bus station but also in a very bad area and they told us its better to take a cab in the night. So all in all it would be better to sleep somewhere else, have a good sleep and just take a cab to the bus terminal.

Nice big and modern room with comfortable bed and balcony with view over San José. We booked W's Hostel for the second time. It's perfect for one night when you use San José as a busstop on your journey. But with the nice room and nice kitchen I can also imagin to stay longer when you plan to visit San José.

the property was very clean, friendly staff and with plenty of space. it’s literally across the street from 7-10 bus terminal too which was amazing for my 6am bus! for the price and location, it was above and beyond my expectations.

Huge, modern and clean room with a king+ sized comfy bed. Right next to the bus station, 30 meters walk. Easy checkin, nice kitchen, nice lady who runs it and it was easily the best value for money we have gotten in the whole of Costa Rica. Shared living room and kitchen made us feel like we were at home chilling in our appartment, and the lady let us stay there as long as we wanted after checkout to wait for our plane.
