The hotel itself is really clean and comfortable which is all I really need in Shanghai. The staff are also very helpful. Decent value for money.

The location is good for the very touristy spots like Yu Garden and Nanjing Road. However I mostly hung out near Jingan temple and the French Concession area, both are not that close to the hotel.

Location is perfect. Only 7mins walk to the Dashijie Station. Opposite there is a small park. Very comfortable bed. There is a front desk staff name "Ms Yuan". She is so generous. Allow us to check in early as we arrived very early morning. As we were starving too. She also allow us to have the morning breakfast at the dining area for free. Really thanks to her for being such a nice person. In overall, is a nice hotel with nice staff. A very good breakfast too. Thanks to the management of campanile Shanghai bund hotel. Will definitely come back when I visit Shanghai again.

Расположение отличное- центральная набережная в пешей доступности, вокруг много еды на любой бюджет и предпочтения по меню. В этом же здании небольшой магазинчик-очень удобно. Завтрак отличный- превзошёл ожидания от отеля такого класса. Напротив небольшой парк- рано утром поют птицы)

холодно было в номере по приезду- проблема решилась за счет усиленной работы сплит системы на обогрев

Расположение отличное: рядом метро, старая часть города. Чисто, большая и удобная кровать. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Завтраки хорошие: сосиски, бекон, омлет, цзяоцзы - пельмени, рис, лапша, овощи, выпечка, йогурты.

Internet was not good at all.

The hotel is tidy and the beds are comfortable. The kettle provided was clean and usable. The housekeeper meticulously cleans the apartment on a daily basis. The hotel's cuisine was delicious. I stayed there for over a week, and breakfast was included, so I ate there every day. Both Western and eastern cuisines were available. The yam dessert balls were delicious and irresistible. Aside from that, it is a lovely place to stay. The location is convenient to the city and the Yu Yuan Gardens station, as well as a number of bus stops. It is especially safe for women to walk home at night. Additionally, it is close to a renowned food street that serves delicious local cuisine at reasonable prices.

Since there is no air conditioning and only a heater in the spring, the room was quite humid.

I want to register a complaint with the check-in staff who assisted my sister and me in the hotel. We choose the hotel for the transit from Shanghai to Thailand for an overnight stay before departing early the next morning. While checking in, the staff addressed me in Chinese, but I replied in English. I noticed that another staff member, possibly a manager, came over to assist with the check-in process. However, when it came time to pay for the room using cash, I was due to receive 3 yuan in change. While the manager went to retrieve the chang, the first staff member who had served us engaged in a conversation with a male staff member about the change, and she laughed (just only the female who laugh, the male staff seems to ignore her). As someone who understands a bit of Chinese, I found this behavior inappropriate, especially considering the hospitality industry. I would appreciate it if the hotel management could inform the staff member in question that such behavior in front of guests reflects poorly on the hotel's brand.

Very comfortable and clean rooms in a perfect location - 15 minute walk to The Bund, Nanjing Pedestrian Street and Yuyuan gardens. Breakfast was great with many different options both western and Chinese.

The hotel shows age and needs some renovation. I had a room next to the maid's storage, and it was very noisy. The breakfast buffet doesn't get replenished. The aircon didn't work.
