good size room, excellent shower, quiet, all amenities.

parking is minimal, our room was a bit work in bathroom so not as clean feeling as other rooms previously

We had a wonderful big, comfortable room (handicapt room behind the stairs left from reception). Very nice bed and shower, relaxing. Staff was very helpfull when we needed them. Room was clean and tidy. Location was perfect and we could walk to the center and lots of restaurants around (we loved the 1950's Dinner 66 just around the corner the in walking distance)

Nothing really everything is perfect for a wonderful stay. Maybe the only thing is that the door to the room is a very heavy and sturdy fire door, I could hardly get it open myself. But there is nothing to do about that.

A bit small for a family of 4 with two teenage boys. Some cereal bowls would be a good addition to the kitchen.

excellent location, easy access to the cbd and great restaurants very close by. Professional efficient staff. Exceptionally clean and perfectly presented room. ( balcony furniture needs replacing though, couldn’t sit on it as all rusted out)

We always try to stay here when we go to Christchurch. Convenient location, parking, very clean & staff are brilliant....always so friendly & helpful. One of the few motels to have Trackside TV.

External building lights on all night shone through bedroom window, it was quite intrusive and made sleep hard. Also Bealey Ave is very noisy on Saturday nights

New & modern apartment with lift.

No heater at the rooms except for the one at the living area. Room still feel cold during early spring & not comfortable for elderly people.

The bathroom

Outside area of room is not wheelchair accessible. Was there for my mother's funeral and took room key by accident. They didn't have a spare key, which is strange. So they continued to constantly call and txt and demanded a time to drop off key. While we are burying my mother at the cemetery I explained that, I am in a wheelchair from out of town so I could not give them an estimated time as I did not drive.

Owner is wonderful and definitely goes the extra mile. Beautiful new facility and great on site parking with the best convenient location. Will always be our stay when visiting cch.

Location is walking distance to the city. Exceptionally clean room. Cosy and warm on a chilly Christchurch night!! Staff acknowledged my return stay.
