Sehr freundliches Personal, gemütliche und saubere Zimmer. Geniale Lage. Würde ich für meien Zwecke immer wieder buchen.

Wlan klappte nicht, aber da ich so oder so nicht viel im Zimmer war und man Datenvolumen hat war das nun nicht schlimm. Man hätte ja auch jemanden vom Personal fragen können. Und früher gab es sowas garnicht und die Welt drehte sich trotzdem weiter.

the hotel located at the downtown Erlangen, from Hauptbahnhof only takes 10 minutes by foot, the reception service was great! I stayed at the Einzel Zimmer this time, was super cosy and they have even Wasserkocher and Hairdryer in the room! would definitely visit there again:-)

Heizung was a little bit not working in my room, it was a bit freezing during the night, ansonsten alles war perfekt.

Difficult to find parking space, room was very cold when we arrived, window open,radiator was off.Was taking a long time to the room temperature to come up.

The staff were friendly and they allowed me 45 minutes free late check out because I had online business meeting.

The room floor was not clean and the room is pretty small, but it is a single room; so it is fine.
