We went with our family and we all had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and spacious. Can’t wait to go back!

the place is beautiful- decor was nice - very comfortable. The oven does NOT work and it’s posted in several reviews so it needs to be fixed. The bedroom closest to the kitchen doesn’t get cool - also needs to be fixed. We all loved it in spite of those issues but need to fix them.

I am not one to ever complain but need to be honest here. The views from this property are amazing! The unit is scarcely furnished in the living area and patio. It sleeps 15 but maybe 6 can sit comfortably in the family room area. The kitchen is stocked great with plates, cups, silverware etc. The TV provider needs to be changed, very difficult to be able to watch programs. The unit needs to be maintained better in that there is a missing mirror in the master bedroom over one sink, missing bulbs for lights in closets, 3 of the 4 bathrooms had clogged sinks, and the cleanliness can use improvement as well. Touch up paint and cleaning of the upholstery on the couch would be nice. Also, there should be some guidance on how to utilize things within the unit. The AC does not work well in the bedroom closest to the kitchen table. Basic things like cheap hangers should be in closets. Overall, the money spent was definitely not worth it. Thankful that we were with amazing friends and family to enjoy our trip and overlook our frustrations.

Our stay at Turquoise was special because we had our family together. Other than that, many issues. The dryer took 3 cycles on heavy duty to dry, None of the King bedrooms sheets were king (queen? either way too small). Kitchen had virtually no utensils (every one of them was plastic) no wine opener, no cooking tray; totally unacceptable for a party of 8. Toilet paper roll holders were truly a waste; none of them held the paper rolls. The master bath shower was close to bruising fingers to turn on & off, crazy hard. No trash cans other than the kitchen and the very small ones in each bathroom; that was it. Shower grout was cracked in all showers and molding in various places. The condo needed new paint or lots of touchups. Cracks in walls/bookshelves. Two wine glasses for the condo; that was it. dishes were chipped. The door to the den deck was close to impossible for adults to open or close. Know that salt makes things stick/expand. That's why there is WD-40 and it should be used before any new guest arrives. That door was almost unusable. The kitchen oven did not produce even heat. Once a "warning" came on stating that there was a circuit problem. It was freezing in some rooms and stuffy in others. One of the bedrooms was so warm that it was uncomfortable for our son & his wife. I know the internet going out during most of a workday wasn't the resorts fault, but we had 6 adults who were working during the day and as professionals with deadlines, inexcusable.

This property is great for entertaining families. Spacious and well decorated. We hosted several families each night to watch College World Series. Everyone enjoyed the unit. It does need some routine maintenance as well as a broom and dust mop. Highly recommend it.

Great place! Beautiful and HUGE! My adult children loved having their own bathrooms. Balcony furniture was sparse.

Turquois Place is a fantastic location. Stayed here last year and will come back just not under the management of Caribe. ALL hot tubs including the private hot tubs were closed due to contamination. Fine I understand. However, I contacted Caribe to find out if they could ask the property maintenance team to drain and clean ours for use. Called Caribe and they told ME to call Turquois place. This is not acceptable, they are the management company this should not be the guests responsibility. I respectfully requested a partial credit (enough for one dinner out would have been perfect) as we were there at Christmas and wanted to enjoy our private hot tub during the cold weather at the beach. I was told no. Only received an I'm sorry but we don't do that. Really? Since I have asked you to do two things and both answers were essentially no, what do you do? Here is the list of items at the time of our stay that were unacceptable for a Penthouse location to have as neglected maintenance. The fire place switch cover was completely missing. Shower light in master bath out. Master bath jacuzzi light out. The master bath jacuzzi would randomly start on its own with no water in it. Turned it off at the breaker because we didn't want the motor to burn up. There are 14,000 light switches in this joint. A label maker would be their best friend. Coffee make was below standards for a penthouse. I think they bought it at a garage sale along with the toaster for $5. The fancy Wolf Oven "overheated" while trying to cook baked potatoes. They were cooked at 400 for 45 minutes. I really don't even understand how this happens. The ignitor for the grill was completely gone. Turned on propane and lit with a butane lighter. Ceiling light in the first bedroom on the left was out. One under counter light in the kitchen out. Second and third bathroom sink stoppers don't work. One of the master bathroom sinks had no stopper at all. While these are not huge issues the sum of them together was extremely aggravating. Especially for what was sold as a penthouse. A little better customer service, maintenance and cleanliness, along with some attention to detail would have made this experience so much better. Turquois Place is a wonderful property and we will return, we will not rent from Caribe Resorts again.

Easy check-in, comfortable, well equipped condo. Beautiful views of the Gulf and inland waters

We enjoyed our stay. It has a great view. Easy access to beach and parking. The unit was spacious and met all our needs. The refrigerator was awesome. Hot Tub was enjoyed. Could use more patio furniture for the number of adults it can hold. Master bedroom has very firm mattress, plug beside nightstand did not work. Many bulbs out throughout the unit. Dryer had some issue drying clothes.

This place was even in better in person. The views are breathtaking and the apartment was so spacious and clean. The check-in process was very easy and the building has so many great amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

Property was everything I expected and more! So roomy and amazing views. Management staff was very attentive when making my reservation and during my stay. Highly recommend!!

The condo is beautiful and the inside was clean, the hallway is kind of area could use some love. All the doors are scuffed up with fingerprints and there’s just a random scuffed up mirrored table as you exit the elevator. The views from inside the condo are amazing, having a hot tub on the patio was so nice. Overall the condo is great, there’s just a couple things worth mentioning… -when I booked I was under the impression it was with the Caribe resort, but I guess it Caribe just manages the condo offsite, so it’s kind of weird when the front desk of the actual resort can’t really help you with anything, you have to call Caribe and hope they take your call/assist you. -Being such a large condo it was sort of off weird that there’s isn’t a large pan or two. The largest sauté pan I could find was smaller than a pan I would use to cook dinner for just my husband and I, let alone seven people. If you stay here just be aware it’s going to be very minimally stocked. The main issue was that the AC wasn’t reaching one of the rooms. It wasn’t simply bc of the warmth from the large windows, it was literally like having the AC out in the middle of Summer, super uncomfortable at night. When we tried to have maintenance check it out they told us this room has had issues for years and that they’d have to cut into the ceiling (?) to even try to identify the problem. In which case, if there’s not going to be any disclosure about that, maybe look into some sort of plug in cooling device to store in the closet for when people run into the issue, bc for the amount you’re paying for the room it’s kind of a big deal to have it uncomfortably hot, especially when you’re trying to sleep. Besides that the condo is super awesome with a great view and access to the beach.

Turquoise Place was lovely. We loved the beach and the property. We wished the pools were heated but other than that we would definitely stay there again.

The condo was spotless - truly wonderful views and accommodations. No beach towels which was a bummer, but not a huge deal. The weather we had was hit or miss bit the amenities of the building kept our family entertained even in the rain! Would 100% return.

We absolutely loved this unit and overall property! The sauna, indoor pool and hot tub were ideal since the weather was quite windy and cool. We utilized the beautiful views more so than the actual balcony due to the high winds. The grill was perfect for steaks! My husband has some difficulty starting it but this could’ve been due to the winds. We did also have one issue with the oven overheating and giving an error message. We didn’t use it until the night before we left so we didn’t have time to call maintenance. Once the oven cooled off, we were able to use it again. We loved the fireplace and all the space! We will definitely come back to visit! Orange Beach is an annual trip for us. Turquoise Place is perfect for any type of getaway!

Stunning views and a magazine worthy condo. Great location, on-site bar and food. Easy beach access. Only complaints were that the property did not have enough pool chairs, the beds were hard, and the hot tub on the balcony was too full/deep to enjoy for a normal height person.

Love the pool and rooms

This was a clean condo with a beautiful view! We had to leave a few days early because of Ida and we were so sad. The management company was great at communicating prior to our trip…the pools and sauna were great…and the beach was beautiful! Will definitely be coming back to this property in the future.

Every inch of our condo was gorgeous! We had plenty of room and the best time! Being on the 29th floor the views were amazing! We miss it already! We will definitely be back!

We stay at Turquoise Place each year, but this was our first time in this particular unit. The view is spectacular, and the kitchen is well appointed. The property itself is family friendly, and we enjoyed all of the pools and the lazy river, too. While the tennis courts were not repaired yet, that was not an issue for us.The four bedroom set up is perfect, and almost every bedroom opens onto the balcony. While my husband, daughter, and I were the only ones making this trip, we'd find this unit perfect for a larger group.Our only suggestions are that the balcony furniture was hard plastic, and there was not enough seating for a larger group. We would recommend better outdoor furnishings. Also, we had no beach towels on this trip. We brought our own, but those are generally provided. There was also an issue with lack of hot water in the master bath, though that was a small issue since there were four other bathrooms.Our check in process was complicated, as the desk in C Building is completely closed, and we had been told to go there to check in . Instead, the security gate was supposed to have our packets. They did not have those. VRBO was prompt in addressing the issue, but we had no room keys for the first day on the beach. Security had to let us in and out of our room. They kindly did so every time we asked, but it was inconvenient, of course.If we knew the hot water issue in the master were repaired, we would certainly choose this unit when we return with our larger group!
