My family of 6 enjoyed this property immensely. We loved having 3 levels to hang out, it was super clean, and the owner was great with communication. It had all of the comforts of home and a fully stocked kitchen. From having a cup of coffee on the deck to late night Wii tournaments, this place was great and we’d book again!

We loved this place. The property was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. There were 4 adults and 3 kids (11,11 & 13) The location is perfect to access Cranmore, Attitash and Bretton Woods and of course all of the shopping and eating in North Conway. The owner was very easy to communicate with and prompt to answer any questions. We would recommend staying here and will definitely book again.

We had an amazing experience here! Pete and Katie were absolutely awesome when it came to their response time. It was super easy to check in and check out. Everything was SO clean and they were very welcoming! Pete and Katie had such a nice welcome package for us and we truly had an amazing time. We will be back!

My wife and I brought our boys (ages 4 & 5) to Pete and Katie’s for a long weekend. There was plenty of snow which the boys were hoping for and the house was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen was great and the fireplace was awesome. Hoping to get back there in the future!

What a beautiful home in the best part of North Conway for families. Convenient, safe, clean and accurately-described, this town home is everything you need for a family (or a couple of families) of 7 to sleep and stay comfortably. Plenty of space for everyone, a well-stocked kitchen, cozy and highly-functional wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of room for everyone to either gather together or find their own quiet space. This home has everything you need and more, and is a bargain at any price. Would highly recommend for a stay in winter, spring, fall or summer!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in the N. Conway area. The townhouse was cute, cozy, clean, and convenient to the many things you can do in the area. Our property manager was attentive with clear details for our stay. The townhouse was well stocked making cooking for our family of 7 a breeze. All necessities of home were there. There was a nice loft for us to hang and play games and a beautiful wood burning fireplace to provide ambience when relaxing in the family room. We liked having all bedrooms on the lower level and having 2 bathrooms down there as well. We loved the ski house vibe and our welcome basket upon our arrival. We would definitely recommend this home and give it 5 stars.

Family and I enjoyed our stay, condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. Centrally located close to down town/outlets. Check in/check out was simple.

We very much enjoyed our Columbus weekend get away with our children and grandchildren. The accommodations were perfect for our family and there was plenty of space to play on the one rainy day. The kitchen was well equipped and nothing was lacking in the kitchen. Pete was very knowledgeable about the area and responsive to my entertainment questions. The location is perfect.

We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this may be the cleanest place we've stayed. And very well equipped. It felt like a brand new house. The owner was great to communicate with and has given us a lot of recommendations for our vacation. We were a little worried because it was a condo but there are only four units and it felt very secluded. We saw one neighbor once and otherwise heard nothing and saw no one. Overall, one of our better experiences.

We had such a great time! Thank you Pete and Katie for hosting us. Loved the space/rooms! Lots of space, sunlight, and fresh air. Definite highlight was playing board games and guitar hero in the loft. I would live here if I could! Cant wait for the next trip!

Second time staying at Petes property. The location is perfect. Right in the heart of North Conway yet away from the traffic of the Village and Outlets. Walked to Moat Mountain Brewery. The condo itself is clean and updated. Kitchen was great and we used the pool table every night. Easy to book and responsive with any questions

We had a great time in N Conway. The home was modern, comfortable, clean and close to all attractions. Pete, the owner was extremely responsive when questions came up and was a pleasure to deal with. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

I have stayed in 2 other condos on this property site & this one was more then a step above. It was beautiful, immaculate & comfortable. Fully stocked with all & any supplies needed. The owner even left a welcome basket with wine & snacks. It was akin to staying at a very nice hotel. The owner communicated promptly & pleasantly with any questions or requests. Beds and furniture very comfortable. TV'S, Appliances & kitchen items top quality. Close to walking to Stonehurst Manor for some fabulous meals and beautiful surroundings. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and clean condo right across the street from Moat Mountain and The Local Grocer but just out of the way to be peaceful. It had all the amenities we needed and the pool table and Wii kept the family entertained during our rainy stay. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was amazing in the Jack and Jill bathroom. Pete was very available and informative at the right times without interfering with our vacation. This was also the cleanest place in which we’ve ever stayed with the easiest checkout process. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a great stay at this property. The house was the best stocked of any i have previously rented. Soap, toilet paper, shampoo, beach towels, deodorizing spray and bug spray were included. Bedding was hypoallergenic and beds were firm but comfortable. Kitchen was filled with every major appliance and accessory, and of great quality. Kitchen also included spices, oil, foil wrap and more. There was a welcome basket with assorted goodies as well. The house has a ton of games to keep busy with and my kids loved the wii and pool. The location is close to everything but quiet. The view by the manor is beautiful. There was only a couple of negatives: the jet tub (joined bathroom) has a tall sharp edge that was difficult to get into, the water tank doesn’t support 2 people shower in both bathrooms at once so we had to stagger and there are a lot of stairs (split level entrance with bedroom lover level and full flight to loft game room; 2 entrance stairs with one being higher than average which might be challenging for older family members as we experienced). All in all it was very clean, the owner was great to communicate with, and there were a ton of bonuses to this property. 😀

We had the most amazing time and stay. From the moment we booked our stay the owners reached out and our communication was A+. The condo was so clean, so comfortable and nice. The location is perfect for everything in the area. The unit was filled with everything you could think of for all age as well as toilettes, they have thought of everything. We cannot wait to come back. The fireplace was an amazing perk with the 3 feet of snow we lucky enough to get.

This house was perfect for my family to enjoy a weekend get away together. The house was very clean and just as pictured. Perfect location close to everything. Pete was very responsive and gave some great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Our holiday weekend in NH was perfect! Pete & Katie’s home was welcoming and equipped with everything we needed. Our 12 year old enjoyed playing pool with my husband while I sat by the cozy fire. I love to cook and found everything I needed in the well appointed kitchen. I had even brought my own slow cooker but didn’t need to because they had one there! The central location of Stonehurst Manor provided easy access to X-country skiing in Jackson and the outlets in North Conway. The place is spacious and tidy. Overall a perfect 10!

We have stayed up in the North Conway area a number of times as a family over the years, but this was by far the most enjoyable stay we have ever had. The location is perfect for accessing all the regular North Conway area activities (skiing, hiking, shopping and dining). The home itself is what really made our stay fantastic. The place was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated in a very comfortable but modern way. Not your regular run of the mill rental for the area. The home was extremely well organized and had a number of very nice touches. The pictures don't do it justice. If you think it looks good in photos you won't be disappointed when you see the place in person. We don't like to eat out for every meal and the kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans and various utensils for us to cook some great meals, just like we were home. It was also a short walk (and even shorter drive) to the MOAT house where we got some great take out to bring back to the unit as well. There was plenty of space for us to spread out as a family, but we also enjoyed playing pool and ping-pong in the loft area and also played a few board games in front of the fireplace at night. Pete & Katie are great owners, very easy to work with during the booking, arrival and checkout process and very prompt in responding to any questions. When we choose to travel back to the North Conway area again, we will be sure to try and rent this unit again!

This townhome's location is very convenient for exploring scenic areas both nearby and in different parts of the White Mountain National Forest, such as Mount Washington and the Kancamagus Highway. The house was clean, well equipped, and has a layout that was very comfortable for us. Most of our stay was great. There were 2 problems that arose but were successfully resolved. The first involved maintenance of the townhome's exterior. On check-in day there was a question about some painting being done at the entryway that day. Fortunately the paint was dry when we arrived. One morning there was also a workman right outside one of the windows doing some hammering. We expect that closer communication between the owner and the townhome village management would help prevent situations like that in the future. The second problem was with the heating system. The house was cold when we arrived and we were unable to get the heating system going. The owner was very responsive and did trouble-shooting on the phone with us. In the end the problem turned out to be a simple one with circuit breakers, was easily fixed, and should not be a problem in the future. Overall we had a great vacation.
