It is conveniently located, easy to find and the room was clean.

The beds in this motel were comfortable and was a decent size room. Having a digital thermostat was a plus.

When you go into the room you there's a musky smell. Also, be careful when you book through here since the room description does not match the room you get. This is a motel and the room had no views (picture attached). I booked for this reason otherwise I would've skipped it.

Location was great and staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and down comforters were a cozy addition in an Adirondack/ski town hotel. There was plenty of parking and it was a quick walk to the Olympic center and the heart of town.

Items you'd expect to find in a hotel room were missing - suitcase stand and coffee maker. Coffee at front desk was good but pre-packaged donuts were not. Parking lot was being plowed when we were there and it seemed like the driver was going fast for the small space, especially because patrons were walking around the property.

Location is good, rooms are nice and clean with a balcony.

We only had about 5 minutes of hot water and then it was cold showers for everyone. Hot water should be the bare minimum.

I checked out a day early, the desk girl followed me into the parking lot to tell me I needed to pay for a late checkout. I kindly informed her that I was checking out a day early but thank you for chasing me outside to try and charge me more money. I was there for three days, garbage in my room never changed, no new towels or linen changes. I wouldn’t even review the place but why chase me into the parking lot. They are new owners, so maybe they are still learning about customer service

Being chased into the parking lot and having them try to shake me down for more money because they don’t know how to check when I checked out to see how long I was paid for staying. I decided after we went out to dinner to drive home before the storm hit. Telling me I needed to have a late checkout when I was checking out early was a new experience for me

close to Olympic Center. Friendly staff. Cozy feel. Nice bathroom. Good price for the room.

Perfect for walking into town. We loved the mountain views. Coffee and donuts were a big plus in the mornings!!

The hotel was right in town, walk to downtown. A standard queen we stayed at was spacious, clean, the beds were firm and comfortable. They serve coffee and tea in the lobby which was a bonus!

unfortunately there were people talking loud in the hallway at night for good 20 mins…

Great location, walking distance to the downtown Lake Placid area. Large Room, nice views, renovated bath and clean room, plenty of parking. Room was resonable priced, therefore we would consider next time wehn going to Lake Placid

no coffee pot or microwave. refrigerator was in the bathroom on the floor.
