Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and attractive. I liked that there was a fireplace in the room, though it wasn't fireplace weather when I was there. It's a restored home/inn, which I liked. The breakfast spread was very impressive. It was way more than a few pastries and spreads.

The window unit air conditioner was a little loud. Won't be an issue most of the year.

The property was beautiful as was the Inn itself. The breakfast was a perfect mix. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after hours. The team there was great to communicate with and made our late arrival stress free.

It was a little hard to find sue to the construction that was happening directly in front of the Inn.

The location and the uniqueness of the hotel. Room was cozy-bathroom was nice. There were snacks and the next morning the house smelled like cookies. The garden was also nice to sit in while the sunset. It was quiet and peaceful. Also there are available ways to check into your room after hours-not making you feel like you are on a time crunch. It was a huge stress relief.

The location was good, 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Beautiful building and garden. Complimentary fresh fruit throughout the day. Big, comfortable living room with garden view.

Some noice from route 7 during night. Alternative breakfast. Cold coffee in the afternoon. Rather invisible staff. Quite expensive for a boutique hotel - not really worth it.

Fantastic old victorian house, beautifully furnished. Wonderful garden in the back, and very close to downtown. The breakfast was delicious and they even had homemade cookies and scones. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was very eclectic and amazingly clean. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing and it was an easy walk to the center of quaint Burlington. The staff (Shea) was pleasant and helpful and breakfast was perfect. Large selection of small delicious foods.

This will sound silly, but there was one very large painting that was unsettling in it's subject matter.. Other than that, the place was outstanding.

Breakfast was simple but great. Stay was enjoyable. Short walk to Burlington Center. Beautiful location in the midst of Champlain College campus but was quiet. We enjoy walking so never used our car. Hostess was great.

Getting suggested that we walk rather than drive to Church Street Marketplace yet not warned properly to avoid a street that had a well-known Drug House. We literally walked by it a few hours before and and then less that one hour after a murder happened! Also, the property smelled upon entering. I understood their explanation that it was dank because the A/C had been on all summer, but still, that could have been worked on more. Having gratuity suggested in verbiage in our room.

The breakfast was totally classy- real cutlery, ceramics an cloth napkins, unusual gourmet food and a delightful solarium to sit in!
