Unique hip hotel in middle of downtown and walking distance to sites and restaurants..even late night pizza 1 block away! Also had complimentary cocktails..lobby well thought out with activities..makes you want to hang out and socialize.

I attended a seminar nearby and I was within walking distance so it was very conveniently located. the large shower in the bathroom was great! The staff was friendly and helpful.

my room was small and didn’t have a closet, but since it was just me traveling and for only one night, it was pretty much a non issue.

location and vibe the room was clean and cute with creative design aspects

parking was confusing Too many LED lights on electrical components. The smoke detector had a strobe affect which was annoying in the middle of the night.

It was beautiful and a great location

Emailed me midday saying hotel was overbooked. I called immediately to rectify the situation and was promised a room upon my arrival. Finally got to check in at 10pm because of a long wedding day. Show up and they have no rooms. Manager has to go on a wild goose hunt to find a room for us and finally does - a room that was allegedly marked as booked incorrectly. All’s well that ends well, I guess. But overall the experience really stunk and I paid almost $350 to stay in a room for not even 12 hrs.

From the moment we checked in stuff had no knowledge of reservation and when they gave us a room once inside we realized the room was left unmade they gave a new one but it was just ok, we even ask for a welcome drink on our way to a restaurant they didn't know was only couple of blocks away and when we asked about parking they were not much help there either, when we checked out next morning we asked a new person at the front desk and she very rudely told us to figure it out on our own , i can maybe understand for the previous stuff the night before was new years eve and felt they were still hang over but for someone new the 2nd of the year , could have her stuff in order because at that rate we could have stayed at Marriot and Hilton with better service for all wee need it , Needless to say i would not go back to this place and not suggest for anyone

the hotel was new so it was VERY clean! They gave us 2 complimentary drinks! The staff was very helpful with answering questions we had.
