L’emplacement génial! Joaquin le gardien était super. Vrai plus : le café et le bar de l’hôtel sont top. Allez goûter leurs petits déjeuners c’est le bonheur!

Gute Unterkunft mit einem netten Kaffeelokal direkt nebenan. Die Zimmer sind gross, modern ausgestattet und verfügen über die benötigte Ausstattung.

Das Wasser zum Duschen war oftmals zu kalt und man kann die Wassertemperatur leider selber nicht wirklich regulieren.

À mon arrivée le plancher était mouillé sur toute la surface. La chambre et les serviettes sentaient le moisi. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la douche. Il n’y avait aucun rangement, et aucun crochet pour les serviettes.

Nice location and rooms.

It was clean, comfortable and I liked the room. The staff member on site was nice and really helpful with any questions. It's in a lovely neighbourhood and easy to walk to central places. Was good to have a Smart TV in the room to unwind and relax at the end of the day.

The sound really travels between rooms. Not the hotels fault, but a couple in the next room were speaking at the top of their voices until late in the night. Guests need to be told to be considerate of noise levels.

Excellent staff, excellent stay. Great location. Very clean! Close to good coffee shop and lots of downtown attractions. I slept beautifully here even after a stressful night involving a bad pet-sitter back home, and found my room and bathroom super clean and comfortable. Would definitely return! Also, the food at the restaurant downstairs is amazing and the produce is beyond fresh. Just superb all around!

Wasn't there as long as I would have liked to properly access the area. Staff was good and attentive to one's needs. I enjoyed my room and my HDMI plug made my home dvr enjoyable.

The rooms in the main building are nicer, with a beautiful common room and a great kitchen. The location is very good - next to an ambassy, within walking distance to the museums, the main shopping street and many restaurants. The room was very comfortable, TV with working Netflix. There is a cafe / bar right next door. Very clean, nice and comfortable. For the price, it’s clean and central and good value.

The shower was unpredictable. No hooks, racks or shelves. The building is shaking when a truck goes by and there is some traffic noise,

Everything was really new, clean and organized. The rooms have a good quality for the money. The hotel looks very stylish which I liked. Also the area was good because it was close to the shopping street but also in a more remote area.

Great location in the center of the city. Clean and comfy bedroom. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Definitely recommend!

Breakfast and food in the attached Café was great. Perfect location for a stroll through the city and join the free walking tour. Friendly and helpfull staff ...

Room was not cleaned during our stay.. in particular no emptying of the bathroom bin. Well, not nice if you through your toilette paper in the bin....

nice setting and the location is central and safe.

it is extremely noisy as it is next to the main road. unfortunate as this place is pretty decent otherwise. there were no windows in the room and no running water although that got fixed the next day. the shower is extremely awkward to operate and get warm water.

Very cosy and clean hotel with brand new equipments in a nice neighboorhood of San José (more quiet with nice bars and restaurants around). The whole building is well decorated and you can enjoy their awesome restaurant. There is delicious food and drinks (brunch in the morning with great coffee). Also thank you for your warm welcoming. We will definitely come back here next time !!
