Had the best time with my family in this beautiful cottage! Quiet and just a short walk across the street to the beach! Heather was amazing with communicating and even went the extra mile to mail me my AirPods that were left behind. 10/10 overall experience!

The property was comfortable and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our 2 families and all of the amenities we were looking for. The kids loved the pools and you can't get better beach access for an off beach location. The host was friendly and responsive. We would stay here again.

My friends/family and I try to take a “welcome to summer” trip every year. We chose Gulf Shores this year and landed on this property. This property was perfect for our little families. The owner was very responsive. We arrived a little earlier than expected and had no issues getting into the unit. The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured. The location couldn’t be any better, unless we were literally sitting in the middle of the gulf! We were a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, down the street from Walmart for all of the random things we forgot to bring, and super close to some really great restaurants. The only issue we had, which really was an issue, we just weren’t accustomed to it. The house shook a bit with the winds blowing. It stormed off and on while we were there, so we assumed the minor shakes were because the house was on stilts. A bit scary, but not unbearable lol. Nevertheless, the unit was really great. We would definitely choose it again!

The house was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect. There were 13 of us. 8 adults and 5 kids. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The washer and dryer is really big and that helps when you need to do towels and such. The house is well insulated. We didn’t want to use the fold out couch for my 2 grandsons so we brought blow up mattresses. There is a lot of floor room in the bedroom that has the bunk beds. Heather was amazing to work with. She always got right back to me. The pool was good, but we spent more time at the beach which is a 5 min walk. There are no beach towels so we brought our own. There is no grill and that is the only thing we missed. Apparently the association does not allow them. We would definitely stay there again!!!

This is the closest to the beach you can get without actually being on the beach! We felt so safe I don’t think we ever locked the door. We left all of our beach stuff by our vehicle and didn’t worry. And the bonus was the few steps to the beach. Beach patrol is serious about canopies on the line in the back but super nice about it and very friendly! We brought lots of chairs, toys, etc and had no problem getting back and forth.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of room and parking space for our family. It is located directly across the street from beach access. Close to restaurants and seafood markets. We will definitely book another stay here.

This place was quiet, clean, convenient and spacious. Beach is only a block and walk way away!

Heather was a phenomenal host. This property was even better than the listing described. It was extremely clean all throughout, great and spacious parking, and was a 2 minute walk to the beach! Every bathroom/bedroom was fully stocked with linens, extra pillows, and blankets. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and set up for large groups to be comfortable while cooking. We could have not asked for a better place to stay. Additionally, Heather was prompt in answering any of our questions and had amazing food recommendations.

Spacious property with starting paper products and soap included. Easy entry and exit policies. Clean and comfortable. Walk to ocean or bay within 2 min. Quick communication with property. Would definitely rent again.

Our stay was amazing, and we wish it was longer! We stayed one night for a conference- and had a great time. It was very clean, there was lots of space, great location, and I appreciated the extra blankets available in the closets- and all of the cooking supplies and cookware. I will definitely consider coming back the next time we are in the area!!

Our annual family vacation was great this year at this cottage. The description was very accurate with the size/sleeping arrangements and how close it was to the beach. The mattresses were not the best, and there were just enough bath towels for everyone so we had to do laundry daily. But besides that minor inconvenience the large kitchen and living space made dinner nights in very enjoyable! Thanks for letting us stay!

Great location, Cottage clean and new in appearance. Only one wish and really not trying to be negative -better mattresses!!! Overall we all loved the location, cleanliness and functionality of this unit!!!!

We went for our annual family vacation. The property was clean and super nice. Less than 5 minute walk from the beach. I do wish they had a grill though but that was literally the only complaint.

Perfect location, beautiful, roomy house! Surprised with hand soap in every bath & the kitchen, stocked with trash bags, dish soap and dish washer tabs. None of the past houses I’ve stayed in have those things so I always bring them with me. I didn’t need them this time (do bring laundry soap and dryer sheets though). Surprisingly well-stocked kitchen. A big plus was the large capacity washer/dryer. What a huge help! The last thing I want to do while on vacation is tend to numerous small loads of laundry. The garbage disposal wasn’t working and I contacted property owner who responded right away. Repairman came next morning and even though he couldn’t fix it due to having to order a part, he gave us a work around that was suitable for our needs. The pool:water is way too warm during the day, but perfect for getting the whole family together for an enjoyable evening swim. So, may I recommend ocean by day, pool by night. The ocean was close and beautiful with a sand bar that made it fairly shallow quite a way out. Free beach access was wonderful. The outside shower and spout was so helpful in cleaning off sand. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We had all ages 2 yrs to 46 and they were all happy. Recommendations: please consider stocking storage space with beach accessories: wagon, umbrellas, etc. Most people can’t bring them on plane or due to lack of space in vehicle. Very few concerns and a wonderful experience. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was very fresh and spacious. It was close to the pool and beach . We would definitely consider staying there again. Thank you for such nice accommodation. Appreciate the ability to check in early as well!

We stayed at the new cottage of Lost Dunes, for our annual family vacation. There was ten of us, and we had a wonderful time. The cottage was so beautiful and spacious. Close to the beach, and the pool! The kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was beautiful and had anything and everything you needed to make you feel at home me, my husband,children and grandchildren absolutely loved it. Beach was literally a 3 minute walk. No one ever had to wait on bathroom to use and shower there was 4. Loved it and for sure recommend and stay again

We had an amazing family vacation. The walk to the beach was perfect. We were able to stroll to the beach for sunrise and sunset. The pool was perfect for our 13 month old twin granddaughters, our active 4 year old grandson and 7 year old granddaughter. They all loved to be able to watch their favorite Disney movies and of course Mrs. Rachel. We did have to purchase a baby gate for the stairs. It would have been nice to have a safety gate on the front patio so we wouldn’t have to be on high alert. The only real “problem” was we should have brought house shoes because our feet were very dirty walking on the floor. Everything was just beachy and we will book again. Thank you!!

The property was beautiful, four bedrooms and four baths with one bedroom and bath downstairs and three upstairs. It had two pools available on the property and was actually, as advertised, within walking distance of the beach. It was also located close to multiple restaurants which offered diverse types of food choices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall the place was very well stocked and the owner was very nice in communicating with us when we had a couple of issues. The one thing we would change are the mattresses on the bunkbeds. We had 18-year-olds staying on them and they complained about feeling the springs through the mattress. (110#girls) I tried it out and agreed. But would definitely stay there again.
