We are a family of 6 adults and five children. We visited SDC and enjoyed the property’s amenities. The beds were awesome and we could really spread out in the house for a comfortable stay. The pool was very close for pool days. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great family reunion, location, and house! Loved the seven master bedrooms w/ individual bathrooms. Convenient to Silver Dollar City, Shopping, and other activities. Great hosts and lovely community pools. Wifi is a little spotty.

This was a beautiful home in a nice location but needed more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep. We felt many of the issues we discovered should have been resolved prior to our check-in. This home more than accomodated our 13 family members. We loved that each bedroom (7) had its own jacuzzi tub and shower. It would have been nicer if they were all walk-in showers as the step into them is not user friendly to older individuals. Each also had there own TV. There were also TVs in the common areas. The screened in decks were nice but had some holes and openings in them which allowed bugs to come in when the light was turned on. The home is situated in a great location. It's secluded but still only 5 to 10 minutes away from the entertainment and activities Branson has to offer. Truthfully, I would give the home and location 4.5 stars if that were an option. I would give 5 stars to the host (Adam Martin) whom I felt did an amazing job of trying to resolve issues quickly. Would we stay here again? Yes, but would hope that more attention and detail would be given to proper cleaning and maintenance of the home and appliances.

Our group of nine ladies could not have been happier with our stay at this property. The host was great and readily available to get in touch with and responded quickly to communications. The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The property was clean, warm, welcoming and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, linens and pillows were clean. The kitchen well stocked. Full size shampoo/conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms. The only suggestion would be to have a recliner on the main floor to help accommodate those who rest/sleep better in a recliner. Truly excellent. 10/10 worth the book!!! We will definately look into being back in the future!!

Extremely clean and nice facility. The communication from Adam was exceptional. Having towels made into Swans and left on the bed was a surprised blessing. I would gladly recommend to others the use of this facility. In fact, I will plan to use it in the future. From booking until the departure, everything went smoothly.

Awesome everyone loved the house and neighborhood. Two weeks have passed and family is still talking about how they liked the house.

Me and my friends wanted to plan a Dungeons and Dragons get away for a weekend and needed space for us to enjoy each others company but also enjoy some peace and quiet when weren't playing. THIS PLACE DIDNT DISAPPOINT. There were 10 of us (including 2 couples) and it never felt like we were cramped. Each room had its own bathroom and the jetted tubs were huge and it was like that in EVERY bathroom. The place was clean, the tubs were clean. Seeing how it was extremely cold, the owners have space heaters for the rooms in the basement that made it nice and warm. we played pool and on the lower deck enjoyed the fire pit. Used the electric fire places just because it was nice. The owner was easy to work with and answered me back within minutes via text or an email. Check in process was easy at the welcome center and they were very kind in letting me buy passes for others to just grab when they got there. Just an all around great experience. The only downside if I had to pick one is the journey from the welcome center to the house in the community, it was about 5-7 minutes but man it was worth it. Also there was a Walmart, grocery store, fast food, bars and a liquor store all within 10-12 mins. I will def be booking again in a year when we do this again.

The home is fabulous for a large family. The layout supports time together and alone. I would say it's as good or better than the online photos. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make and serve meals but the restaurant at the club house is fantastic. It's just a short drive to everything Branson has to offer for dining, shopping and attractions. Wonderful caring hosts with great communication make this property a perfect choice!

Gorgeous home cwith plenty of space for a large family. Kids had their own space on the bottom floor with games, pool table, and a TV. With every bedroom, having their own bathroom, no one felt they were infringing on anyone else’s space. The kitchen had every dish, glass, utensils, etc. very well stocked. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend to anyone with a large group. There was a buck and four does to greet us as we entered the property. Picturesque views all around. Really enjoyed the area. Seen deer several times. Quiet and peaceful

We had a group of 22 we thought it suit our group pretty good.. we had a variety of ages and felt like each was able to entertain themselves and be comfortable. It is great for a large group.. I would recommend this place.. It was so nice, we went the first week of December and they had a Christmas tree up and a welcome Christmas wreath on the door. Which made for a real homey feeling and cozy..

Everything was exactly as described. It was the perfect place for our family of 18 to spend Thanksgiving. We will definitely be back.

The cabin was in a beautiful location about a 15 minute drive from the main theater district of Branson, but worth the drive. Each night, as we would drive back into the neighborhood from our evening shows, the deer and neighborhood fox would be out by the road to greet us. The cabin was very nice and appears just as advertised. The only negative our group could share is that the carpeted areas (stairs and landing) are in need of cleaning, as there are several spills and stains that need attention. Otherwise, the cabin is very clean and well maintained. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

There were 6 of us girls celebrating two retirements. We couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations! Everything was super clean, comfortable and in a perfect setting! Adam, our host, was absolutely wonderful guiding our way in and even assisting us with an earlier check in! I only wish we could have stayed longer in this beautiful home but some of us still have to work-LOL!. We will be back!

The cabin was great! Lots of room for everyone and communication with Adam was super. We will stay here again. We did not want to leave, we had so much fun!

Clean, roomy cozy lodge. Host was easy to reach. Loved the screened in porch. Loved the private bathrooms in each room. Plenty of space for our group. Kitchen had utensils and cookware accessible. Enjoyed our stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed the amenities available. It was quiet, parking was great for our six vehicles (3 generations), and close to active areas.

NICE LODGE LITTLE PROBLEM AT CHECK IN BUT NOTHING MAJOR WOULD STAY AGAIN

Seven bedrooms and bathrooms made for excellent space for 19 people in our family. Loved the privacy of the condo when outdoors, short walk to the pool, and very clean cabin with big kitchen to cook.

Amazing location and an en suite bathroom for every bedroom!! We had big spaces to gather, and we cooked, are, played games, and surrendered to six kids playing three floors of laser tag. This is a trip we will remember for years.

We have stayed in this neighborhood before & enjoyed it again. Perfect size house for our family

The house is very comfortable with room to spread out and The screened in porches make a great place to sit and enjoy morning coffee.

Plenty of bedrooms with private baths. Comfortable living area and kitchen/dining with large table(s). Nice balcony for morning coffee. Short walk to lake with path for walking. Two of the bathrooms on main level have walk in showers for easy entrance. Five bathrooms have larger shower/jetted tubs that require a higher step into the large tub. All of us senior folks had to be cautious about that high step. The home has a living area downstairs where multi generations could spread out if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location. We had ages from almost 2yr-78yr. Adam was excellent with responding to my questions and made the booking process very simple. There was a lot of room for everyone in our 20+ group! Parking and navigation around the resort was pretty simple. Pool, basketball court, and playground were close by! We had a great time!

We had a great time in Branson. This is the second time staying at one Adam Martin's properties/Nightly Vacations. We stayed in one of his properties last year. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to stay in another one this year. He is a great host and answered all concerns we had leading up to this trip. The house was everything we hoped for. It was an affordable place for 7 families to be able to stay together in one place. The furniture was very comfortable. My favorite spot of the house was the screened in porches. I believe the kids and the young at heart enjoyed the fire pit for s'more making! There was a lot of table space in both inside and out dining spots. Parking was a dream. The house was located by a cul-de-sac. That kept traffic down to a minimum. We even saw security come down the street a couple times, which enforced my feeling of safety. I highly recommend a stay here!

13 of us gals went to Branson to the Sight and Sound Theater. This was the most perfect accommodations! Plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably - ALL 13 women were thrilled with where we stayed and it made our trip so much more fun since we could comfortably all stay together! We want to come back and just stay here for a weekend retreat! Could all eat together inside or outside on the screened in porch! Just loved it!!!! Thanks Adam!!!
