The apartment is ok although the third room is a windowless box room. The place is well appointed and the hosts are attentive enough. However the location is WAY too close to drug alley where all the fentanyl addicts are. There were two in front of the entrance at all times and MANY wandering around the streets. I would not suggest bringing a young family here. Staying the other end of the down town area is better.

The place was very easy to get into with great garage parking right next to the elevator. It was clean and had all the amenities to make our stay great. We were there at a pretty hot time for Vancouver so it was a little warm at night but that's to be expected at an unseasonably warm time. The beds were comfy and clean. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others looking to stay in the downtown Vancouver area.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient for all the things we had planned. Everything in the unit was clean and in working order. Communication was easy as well. The elevator in the building was out of order for a day which was an inconvenience.

This unit is so close to everything you need in downtown Vancouver.I have nothing but amazing things about staying here, it was clean, the beds are super comfy and it fit 6 of us perfectly. i highly recommend this unit. specially if you are like me and like to just walk around downtown. The condo was perfect for our stay. There’s a lovely balcony and couch and loveseat for plenty of seating. We enjoyed the use of the Fitness spa and lap pool. Gastown restaurants and shops easily accessible but stay on Abbott, as many homeless on Hastings( Siri’s most direct route to most places. Merci!

Cute condo in a very convenient location. Some homeless/drug users in the general vicinity but we felt safe as we are used to big city living. Easily walked to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Canada place was a nice 15 minute walk. Overall - great stay and would definitely come again 😊

Fantastic place to stay for groups of four or less. Centrally located downtown near the arena. Great for attending events and easily walkable to many great restaurants. The owner was very polite, easy to deal with, and quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

My coworkers and I stayed here for 4 nights when in town for work. The townhome is immaculate and extremely spacious. Walking distance to the lake, channel, and restaurants. Small grocery store located adjacent the property as well which was convenient (Quality Greens Farm Market). We have already booked a second stay for later in the year :)

Stayed in this Crosstown apartment for a quick trip to Vancouver. Perfect location for us as we were seeing a show at Rogers Arena which is just steps away. Gastown is just a few blocks away as well, so finding restaurants was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Easy to access, secure and having a parking spot provided was an added bonus. Would certainly stay here again.

Highly recommend this apartment! My husband and I were traveling with 4 college-aged kids and we all had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well-stocked, and the owner was super easy to communicate with. Location is walkable to Gastown and pretty much anywhere you would want to go. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, easy, lovely. Right in the heart of things. There is a rough neighbourhood just North East to be aware of. Hosts are great. attentive, and available. And the "house binder" was really useful. The restaurant suggestions were awesome. Loved it.

We stayed at this wonderful property over the winter break. The apartment was spacious for our family of 7 and very well equipped. Kids had a blast at the pool. Conveniently located, walking distance to everything. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for families with small kids and teenagers.

Our family trip to Vancouver was fantastic! The unit was exceptionally clean, and its central location made it convenient for exploring the city. Communication with the host was excellent, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend this unit for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in Vancouver!

Four of us stayed five days sightseeing. Very good location for all the touristy bits. Easy walking distance to many good restaurants and the harbour. Seeing so many addicts openly taking drugs may disturb some but we we not bothered or approached by any of them, this seems to be a problem is Seattle too so not just a Vancouver thing.

Very nice, quiet & clean convenient property close to restaurants & shopping. We were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in which was super helpful. Our only suggestion were the pillows were a bit on the long side but beds were comfortable & linen was very nice! All in all a great stay for us!

The condo is a nice 2 bedroom unit with 2 full baths and a nice kitchen, living room and balcony overlooking a pond. It has been fairly recently updated. However, it does not have AC. It does have some ceiling fans and windows that open, but be aware that there is no AC and during the summer it got pretty warm. The condo is located very close to the metro and is in china town, so we were able to walk and Uber easily. The unit is located on the fifth floor and when we came to check in, we found that the elevator was out of order and we had a very difficult time navigating large suitcases and baby strollers, etc. Had we have known before hand that there was no working elevator we would have made other arrangements. The manager was available to speak with us on the phone and has said she is going to compensate us for the inconvenience.The area seems to be fairly safe in the daytime, but there are a lot of homeless people on the streets.

Very clean condo with space for my group of 7. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, grocery/drug store, and lots of touristy activities (Canada Place, Stanley Park, etc.).

We had a wonderful stay at the property! Pros: clean, spacious, comfy beds, clean linens, great pool, walking distance to great food and activities. Property managers were very pry in reply’s. Cons: on the edge of the homeless population-not an issue for us but something to note. We traveled with four children and always felt safe everywhere we went. The place is very secure almost to a fault making it difficult to split up and venture out because we only had one key. Not a big deal. The small bedroom with bunks is very hot at night and the door must be kept open at night to sleep. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future. Thanks again!

An excellent property for larger groups. Very convenient location that is close to public transit, eateries, shopping and local attractions. We absolutely recommend this property for anyone planning to stay in the downtown area.

We liked the location, very well equipped and clean apartment. Having parking was great.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. We were four women in our 40s & 50s, so all of the spare beds were appreciated. The instructions for arrival were clear and easy to follow, however for check-out the instructions were not so clear regarding the fob. Overall this was a gem of an apartment. The location was perfect for walking downtown or to a skytrain station.

The property was exactly as pictured and the perfect size for our family’s get away for spring break. The check in process is smooth but the parking is a little confusing. So pay close attention to the signs and the elevator names. The location was close walking proximity to lots of things and alot of food options. Including a Keto and Paleo diner just half a block up. I would stay here again!

The location is walking distance to public transportation and Gastown. Lots of eateries are steps away along with a excellent Asian Grocery store ( Lots of good stuff!) and a drug store and Starbucks. Recommend for a family or friends traveling together.

This was a great space for our group. Kids slept in the quiet bunkbed den and bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living space to offer separation for the adults. Location was perfect and central within walking distance of the stadiums, Costco, science world, etc. We also made use of the pool, hot tub and sauna. Would definitely stay here again. Getting in and out of the parking garage during check in and check out was a bit complicated due to the need for a clicker that is up in the apartment (and our arrival after mid nite didn't help) but besides that, everything was seamless.
