The house is shared with an old lady. The door of the room is not locked. She will turn off your exhaust fan and lights when you are in the bathroom. There is no personal privacy at all. Because it was hot at night, I wanted to open the window. She found it downstairs and ran into the room to close the window. Her attitude was very bad. It said there was a parking space online, but it turned out that there was no parking space. I drove to another parking lot and paid for parking. It cost 29 euros a night! I hope everyone will never come to this place again! It's terrible 👎

The owner was very nervous person and she complained whole time - on my eyes she is very typical Viennese who always finds something to complain... Bathroom was dirty, therefore I had to clean by myself. The owner should realize it because many guests already mentioned about it. Unfortunately I was too late to read those reviews, pointing out about dirty bathroom. The owner must hire cleaning service.

Unterkunft sehr gut gelegen, zum Öffentlichen Nahverkehr ca. 200 m, Straßenbahn Nr. 49, zur U-Bahn Nr.3. Eine Bäckerei zum Frühstücken und Lebensmittelläden sind praktisch auch ums Eck. Kühlschrank auf den Zimmer.

Bitte nicht um Veröffentlichung : Bitte unterstützen Sie die liebenswerte Dame, die vermieten muss, denn bezüglich der Sauberkeit muss sie einiges ändern. Auch ist das Bad und WC nicht separat zu nutzen. In der Zeit meines Aufenthaltes konnte ich es allein nutzen. Ihre Sachen stehen jedoch einfach so herum. Es gibt keine Küche und keinen weiteren Aufenthaltsraum, wie in den Fotos gezeigt. Das ist nicht übereinstimmend mit der Beschreibung auf der booking com Seite. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr groß. Ablageplätze habe ich selbst von Büchern freigeräumt und entstaubt. Ruhige Lage, top, Anbindung an Straßenbahn Linie 49, gleich in der Nähe.
Bitte nicht um Veröffentlichung : Sauberkeit im Schlafzimmer, WC und Bad muss dringend verbessert werden.

Very spacious and comfortable room, Gerlinde is a very nice host.
The location is a bit out of the city center, so it's not easy to get back during the day if you have things to drop off etc. But it's not too hard to reach by tram and u Bahn in the evenings too.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.
Wer mit dem Umstand klarkommt, ein Zimmer mit separatem Bad und Toilette in einer Privatwohnung zu bekommen - Glückwunsch, hier ist ein Volltreffer. WLAN, Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Vermieterin ist superfreundlich; es ist mit der Straßenbahn eine direkte Linie in das Zentrum vorhanden, um die Ecke gibt's Läden und Gastronomie.
Vor diesem Hintergrund gibt es von mir eine klare Empfehlung.

Tolle Lage, Garage, Ambiente… sehr nette Vermieterin!
Da schon das zweite Mal da gewesen, wusste ich, dass man durch die Wohnung der Vermieterin gehen muss, was mich auch nicht störte. Schade, dass man die Tür nicht abschließen kann. Ich würde dann sicher viel besser schlafen können. Die Frau Gerlinde ist eine tolle Gastgeberin aber ich würde mir wünschen, dass wir uns ausschließlich im Wohnbereich treffen würden.

Good value for money. The lady that works there is very kind and polite and she realy helped me out. There are several stores nearby and a metro access.

Price-value ratio is good. The underground garage was great. Room was fine, quiet, clean. 49 tram is 2 minutes on foot, city center is about 30 minutes with that tram. There are many grocery stores in a 5 minute circle, gas station is 2 minutes by car. This is a good choice if you need a place to sleep.

Easy 5 min walk to the 49 tram in to town. Garage really convenient if you have a rental car like me!

The place was in a quiet neighborhood and you had a parking space.
It's nowhere stated that you are staying in a private place with the hostess in the room next to yours. The only doors that lock are the front door and wc. You can't lock your bedroom or the bathroom. The hostess goes into your room when you are not at home so NO PRIVACY!! There is also nowhere stated she owns a cat, THE SMELL OF THE CAT TOILET, KITCHEN AND OVERALL DIRTINESS
WAS UNBEARABLE, I made an excuse to the hostess that I need to leave early just to get out of there and left a day early not even demanding my money back. She does not seems like a nice person,being a women travelling alone I did not feel save starting a conflict. The place was not really clean, the trash bin was full, there is no towel in the toilet, just overall a very unpleasant stay, and I inly managed to stay for one night!
I don't see how booking is stil alowing this to be booked, I was really disappointed.
