- Staff specially the guy in the reception - Rooms are not clean at all (room 908) - There was a leakage in the bathroom - The smell of the room was very very disgusting - The room service didn’t clean the room until i asked them - The staff in the restaurant was very rude and there was an incidence happen with me

The stay in general was so good

Somebody ate a banana in my room while I wasn't there and I reported that issue to the front desk

Service is fast especially from the HSK team

The check in was not helpful as I stated that we will use the room for few ours since my business partner had early flight the team couldn’t access the early check in request. The service in the restaurant slow. Luggage service was not the best got my luggage delivered after 40 minutes from the check in. Upon check out I requested my invoice to be sent to my email but unfortunately until now I keep following up for the invoice and I didn’t receive it.

Loved the rooftop terrace where they had the breakfast served. Breakfast was okay, would appreciate a better level level of cleanliness though for the overall breakfast . The room was nice, with a partial nice room view.

Rooms are comfy but bit small, food quality needs enhancement, gym was very poor with obsolete equipments, staff were friendly with guest but many times saw arguing with each other on work

Food was amazing , the most variety you can find in a breakfast buffet of a four stars

They should match their excellency by increasing up the level of cleanning to the top

Absence of a swimming pool and a private beach

The room view was nice and the rooms were clean and the reception was friendly

The room is very small and it had a connecting door with another room and the voice from the other room wasn't well isolated. Also there was a problem with room ventilation and we could smell cigarettes smell. The food quality wasn't good enough

the hotel policy prevent to use A/C. Only the hotel adjust the device to use fans not A/C..

Bath water isolation not good kept the toilet floor wet. Windows sound isolation needs a double glass and fine rubber sealing. Flute music lobby performer is not that skilled, an off-tone player.

Everything was amazing. We really enjoyed there. All staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was so delicious 😋
