Staff and location - beds are very comfy and the hotel vibe was relaxing and joyful

I am always staying in helnan royal when I am in aleaxandria . This time I didnot like that There is no praying Matt in the room - bath rope was not in the room I had to ask for it - safe deposit box was not working

It’s comfortable, luxurious, Beautiful surrounding grounds. Remarkable spot.

The beach was a day disappointment. There is no beach. It is elevated with a few steps into murky waters. It is a pity there is no access directly into the sea from m the pier to skip the murkiness of the shallow area if you are just looking for a nice swim in the sea.

Location is the best thing about the hotel.

Bathroom could be better (renovated) They need more receptionists during crowded days.

I like the staff , very friendly and they are doing their best to help you , specially the front desk and the housekeepers. The location is exceptional.

The rooms and need to be renovated specially the bathrooms as it’s very old. We need more variety in the menus and the restaurants that’s for me as i go since more than 8 years and it always the same menus and restaurants.

Beach too too small and sea not clean Pool is micro size almost a bathtub They charge a fee for your car that is not mentioned anywhere although i called specifically about car parking.

A lot of plants under the sea water - the beach is a little poor - the photos doesn’t tell you that the sand beach shown is not related to the hotel

Good location, excellent breakfast, and comfortable beds.

It was good having a free shuttle service, however, the vehicle is very old and doesn’t fit 5 stars hotel standards. Most of the property is accessible to wheelchair users, but the last two levels to the cafe near the lighthouse is not! It was very difficult to my mother in law to move around there.

The least I can say about the hotel is 0 management, we had two rooms and we were kept waiting for a shuttle bus to take us too Montaza gates for more than an hour

Great location, room, and view. Helpful and welcoming staff.

It was very disappointing to not be able to get in and out of montaza due to the very inconvenient and inconsistent shuttle times to montaza gates. I felt stuck at the hotel, and even the hourly shuttle schedule wasn't on time. I had a bad experience too going out with my luggage upon departure after waiting for the shuttle. I wont consider staying at montaza again.

It was unique, classic and different than others

when we asked one of the staff for help when the key card didn’t work, he was rude and uncooperative. on the other hand, the receptionist was helpful nice and keen to help and sort any issue.
