Expensive regarding quality of their amentites

A prime location to downtown and shopping near the sea

The toilet was leaking water the toilet seat is not fixed properly and unstable shower cabin without a door no boiler for hot water mini bar is not working staff are not available to issue an invoice for two days

The lady at the reception was very friendly and supportive.

I booked a double room with my brother. At check in, I arrived earlier than my brother, only to find out they don’t want to allow me to check in until my brother arrives because I’m a female!!! They only allowed me when I told them it’s illegal and i’ll file a complain and post on social media, only then, they told me I can enter my room! P.S. I asked what if I booked the room for 2 females, they said they would definitely cancel!

The property was clean, safe, and next to the mall and dojo.

1- Staff is really nice and helpful 2- the room was so clean and the air is fresh 3- bathroom is good and well-equipped 4- Beside the Green plaza mall which is good if you want to have shopping or enjoy your time beside the sea views

1- The Hotel is away from the crucial areas if you are coming to Alexandria to have fun and have good experience like "محطة الرمل وكبدة الفلاح وقلعة قايتباي " 2- The room size is so small that you only can move , which is not good in terms of experience and having fun in the room 3- The room size affect the feeling while you in , it's so tight 4- no sea view 5- price is not really good in terms

I'd highly recommend this hotel within this budget, best value for money, staff very helpful and kind, checked in super fast, room was clean, free parking. everything was ok.

you can hear the sounds in the cordon and the other rooms, so it was a bit loudy
