Restaurants within the hotel had great food and drinks also within walking distance to other eateries
The room was clean with very comfortable beds
We had a city facing room, and the noise from the boy racer cars from dusk till 3am was the only downside

My firm ( Malloch McClean Invercargill ( Alice Pottinger ) )booked me into hotel and apparently rung to ask for breakfast to be included.
However this message wasn’t relayed and recorded and I ended up paying for breakfast again

The lift was super fast getting to our floor. Loved the shower layout, nice to have a towel within reach. We tried all the restaurants and bars and the food and service were excellent. Also the gym was small but well set out and had all you need.

Room was very well appointed, warm and spacious. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good but I wondered if the eggs were free range? They were very pale and flavourless.

Nice restaurant
Location opposite nightclub and burger bar. On a Saturday night this meant there was incessant noise right through to the early hours of the morning preventing sleep for any one occupying a room opposite.

Beautiful modern hotel centrally located. The rooms were an excellent size with all great facilities and very comfortable. Car parking on site with very easy access. The hotel is located near to the main shopping areas and cafes. Wonderful cafes on site and a great view from the rooftop bar
We booked two nights originally with car parking and extended that by booking directly with the hotel for one more night. Despite specifying car parking and they seeing the car, showing us how to access the car park, they didn’t charge for the car park until mentioned on the day we were leaving, when we handed in the key. Never before has this happened. Car parking, when requested is always included in the payment when made at the hotel.

Arriving into Invercargill from Mount Cook The Langlands Hotel was perfectly easy to locate. Upon arrival I was greeted with valet parking and concierge service, neither expected but greatly appreciated. The view of Invercargill from the room at night was simply stunning.
Having trouble identifying anything that may have been better, perhaps more milk in the fridge, but thats a personal request. The whole experience for me was supurb.

Lovely modern hotel room with comfortable bed and linens, plenty of room, good soundproofing and air conditioning, all you need in a room.
Parking on site is expensive, you could probably park cheaper or for free locally. Did not find the bar staff very friendly, but the reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

The constant noise of the boy racers all night, the Boeing 747 heating unit which was equally noisy. Worst sleep ever even with ear plugs I would never stay again.

The Langlands was exceptional, with friendly, helpful staff, we had an afternoon coffee and cake; dinner and breakfast, all were really nice, well cooked and great service. Would definitely return if we were staying in the city again.

The room was light and airy , with great facilities, including usb charging points. The bathroom was luxurious ,and it was the best nights sleep we have had since being in NZ !

Sehr chices Hotel, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstück(!) in ganz zentraler Lage. Das Hotel ist neben der neuen Shopping-Mall das Zentrum von Invercargill. Es handelt sich mit Sicherheit um das beste Haus am Platze und ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.

This is an outstanding hotel and an asset to the city of Invercargill. The 360 Bar is such a fantastic spot with superb cocktails to enjoy as you look over the cityscape.
The restaurants are fabulous and the selection, price points and servings are all impressive.
We thoroughly enjoyed our night and would recommend to anyone.
We did notice a bit of street noise from some of the louder locals and their cars.

The Staff were super friendly, from Reception thru to the cafe, decor was very nice & the room was very well thought out, spacious & comfy. Brewd was perfect for brekkie the next day with a delicious range of food & drink options. Parking was ideal & overall location perfect for our visit

The corner room was fantastic.good views, very clean and a well thought out set up.Dimmers yes!!,and tech was up to date .
Suprised not to see USB plugs as standard nowadays,but only noticed because I left my charger behind.
