The facility is maintained well and clean

I was charged for a deluxe double room. That is what the booking.com/priceline.com shows at booking. Photos also show it like a suite with 2 rooms. But, what we were given is a single room. Doesn't align with what they promote. Also, the booking.com site says the room accommodates 5 people. But, we are charged for the 5th person. Again not aligned with what the claims are. I will only blame Booking.com as you guys encourage these claims with out verifying them. And you always run away when there are problems.

The Customer service was very poor, I will not trust booking.com star rating.

The rating doesn't match the property. The service was really poor standard. For the amount I paid, I could have stayed much better place.

Good front desk staff including security and team attending to the main door at hotel all very caring and courteous.even house keeping team young and disciplined. restaurant is prompt though all cutlery is old. The panel design for controller light, airconditioner is good at Raj park.

Rooms are ageing.all bathroom fittings need to be replaced senior citizens need hot water in bathroom even if Chennai weather is hot. Towels are really old.
