I’ve been staying here for work out of town. I’ve been here for four or five Months it is a nice Extended stay

I did not get the room that I originally booked and the staff did not accommodate me for my inconvenience. They have permanent residents that stay there that are rude. My family couldn't enjoy themselves or talk amongst themselves without hearing the next door resident banging on the wall. They never had any fresh towels or linens to accommodate my guest. I cleaned my own room and washed my towels and linens from the time I got there to the time I left. My tv worked half the time and the staff is never there to help when needed.

It's obviously cheaper than all the nearby hotels for a reason. The floors were dirty, blanket on bed was dirty. There wasn't a shower curtain so we had to go ask for one. And put it on ourselves. You only get 2 very small pillows, and 2 towels, we had to go ask for extra towels. It's bare minimum

No one was there to check in. Room wasn’t ready at almost 5pm and even then still not clean. Most uncomfortable beds ever. No one was there for checkout either and had to call and wait on hold for any service

I dont like the fact that there is no full cleaning crew full time. I have ask the front dest pleanty of time for someone to clean my room. All you get is what is your room number. Is your room number odd or even? They need a regular cleaning crew.

They was no one at the front counter when arriving. Had to use the service phone to get someone to come get checked in. The floors looked dirty. The sink area was stained. The pillows was so flat it was as if you didn’t even have one. Called the next morning for an iron and ironing board and the front desk was closed. I was told we could get an iron until 10 when the desk opened up. How am I supposed to iron get dressed and be out the room by 11. This has been my first experience in a hotel with this type of service. I will never stay here again.

Staff was very friendly however my room was dirty, walls and bathtub were filthy. Not enough towels & pillows were provided.

Property itself was great and deserves the 5 stars. The people around me were a little noisy, but it wasn’t loud past 11 and it wasn’t that big of a deal anyway. Great location for the airport and felt safe.

Expedia booked a room at this location that was SOLD OUT ….. then add the reek of marijuana in the lobby

This location in Greensboro needs to have a daily cleaning staff for outside,
Being in the bottom floor, and having noises people above me, I’d recommend carpet be installed.

Tub was dirty and had previous occupant's hair in it, no remote for TV, no sleep sofa as advertised, sink drain in the kitchen had old food in strainer, toilet was dirty. Overall smell of the room was as though it had not been sanitized.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very dissatified!!!!

We were charged a pet deposit when we arrived. I did not see anything about one in the listing. But ok. I understand. However, deposit has yet to be returned almost 3 weeks later. They said it would take 3-5 days.

Clean, safe, decent TV, exercise room, laundry. It’s not bad. Just don’t expect fancy. And remember it’s long-term stays so people cook in their rooms so the hall can be a little smelly, but it’s fine in your room.

Hotel in a very good location, quite nice building. But the staff and cleaning issues are really teribble. No one cleaning the rooms, there is no any daily service for clean towels and etc.
