Staff keep money when we checked in and would give the change

convenient location
the bathroom wasn’t too clean and needs more light. the kettle and fridge in the room didn’t work. can hear the roadside at night when it was time to sleep

We stayed here as our friend was in the hospital over the road. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, escorting us across the busy road outside and back on multiple occasions at all hours, always with a smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds and good bathrooms.

Need a lot of renovation and all things from bedsheets, wall, toiletries need to clean and change.

The swimming pool is nice, the staff is helpful and friendly, the room is clean, the location is at a short walk distance (there's an access door from the hotel to the parking area of the mall) to mal galeria kuta bali (shopping center).
The fitness room is quite small and the airco in the fitness room doesn't work properly, the shower doesn't really have warm water.

I didn't stay and immediately transferred to another hotel.
The place is grimey, not well kept or maintained. Food left by the previous occupant was still outside the door of my room when I arrived. The sofa and chairs are heavily stained. I used to stay at Harris Tuban which is well maintained. Harris Galleria Kuta is a far cry from Tuban.

Advertised as newly renovated, however torn curtains, no mini bar, no fridge, no bathrobes, hair dryer did not work, overall for a 7 hour stopover okay, but would definitely not stay here!

value for money with comfotable bedding and access to Galeria mall. it’s in the main road and not in the hustle and bustle with heavy traffic of Seminyak - Canggu

the breakfast were tasty, delicious. the staff were kind. the hotel have direct access to a mall. when we check in, we informed that we got an upgraded room that more spacious and had a living room
the surface of tables, chairs, tray, and curtain were a little bit dusty. the balcony were dirty with bird's drop. we didnt get a tabble for breakfast because there were too many people in the restaurant. so we're sat down in the pool chairs that a bit wet and had bird's drop on it

Nice to have the room on level 1 which also have 2nd door to some external area to get some fresh air.
But when entering the room for the first time, it's a bit warm. Maybe because the AC central is not turned on. But, it's still ok and can be understandable as the hotel need to make the power consumption efficient due to low occupancy.

Very very very dirty hotel disgusting . My feet got black waking on the floor . Dust everywhere and hair .

The pick up and Drop to Airport (Shuttle Service) is great. Need to inform the Hotel before hand. The STAFF is FANTASTIC and SERVICE oriented.
Breakfast buffet needs improvement. Everything else was great.

After room was made up, no new towels or water. Had to call front desk to get them.
