This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is spacious, well-appointed and so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to stay there again but the pool is shady most of the day. However you can sun on the balcony in the morning.

This didn't feel like a rental unit at all. We felt as if we were guests in some ones home.............which we were. This spacious unit has very nice furnishings, appliances, cookware, dishes, linens. The location was wonderful. We loved the spacious balcony which provided sitting for all five adults and then some. Very clean. We plan to make this an annual visit and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This property is gorgeous! The condo is on the end of the building with lots of windows. There was a hurricane coming our way during the week of our stay so it rained alot. Pretty much everyday. The windows are what saved us. It was so beautiful looking out at the storm. We all commented on how lucky were were to have those windows. I think it would have been a different vacation if we were in one of the inside units. The furniture was very comfortable. It was close to everything. Kitchen had everything. We rented a golf cart for the week and parked it in the garage. The place we rented the golf cart from had a weekly pass to drive on the beach so we didn't have to pay the enormous fee everyday. Drove it to the grocery store and to Flagler Avenue to the shops and restaurants super close by. Beds were comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous property and perfect location. Couldn’t be happier! Will be staying there next year as well.

Pros: end unit, 7th floor provides amazing ocean views from the balcony, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms very convenient, large dining room table and bar stools provide lots of room for people to eat, access to the beach is super convenient and easy, pool area was clean and we had it pretty much to ourselves each day, easily accessible to downtown New Smyrna Beach. Cons: the A/C works great in all rooms except the back bedroom by the front door where it is at least 10 degrees hotter than any other room, toilet seats need to be replaced in all three bathrooms, shower curtain in back bedroom either needs to be thouroughly cleaned or replaced (the clear one, not the cloth one), the unit could use some updates including pillows on the beds, cabinet doors in kitchen that don't close properly, the pillowcases on the back bedroom didn't match and seemed to just be thrown together, and upon arrival, the cleaning crew had NOT cleaned our unit properly nor did they leave the parking pass for our 2nd vehicle. I had to clean the glass tables, the kitchen counter tops, both the main bathroom and the back bedroom's bathroom which had fingerprints, grease, toothpaste in the sinks, I also had to clean off the dressers and night stands in the bedroom with the twin beds and the back bedroom as there was lots of dust and other people's hair on it which is absolutely disgusting - and to be clear, I am not talking about one piece of hair. It was clear the cleaning team did not take pride in what they did in this unit whatosever.

Great location and beautiful view. Condo was very nice. We have rented several condos in Malibu condo’s but this one was our favorite! Will be back.

We have been staying in ocean front condos up and down the Atlantic coast for over 25 years. This condo was the best unit we have ever had the pleasure of residing in! Our 2-week stay was an absolute pleasure. As my 40+ year career was in facilities management our tendency is to expect high quality in our rentals...this unit did not disappoint! There was plenty of space as we only had 4 occupants, but even if we had 2 more, we all still would be more than comfortable. Being an end unit, we enjoyed plenty of natural light and views to the south. We experienced beautiful sunsets on the west balcony of bedroom three. The kitchen had, granite counter tops, quality appliances including an ice maker and more than adequate counter space. The unit was wonderfully decorated as well. We always hope that the minor amenities would be provided, and this unit met most of those expectations which made our stay even more enjoyable such as living room recliners, comfortable dining room chairs, adequate closet hangers and bathroom towel bars and hooks, large screen TV with cable and internet, bedroom TVs with suitable viewing while laying down, strategically placed night lights, adequate and comfortable balcony furniture and spacious bathroom vanity counter tops. Not wanting to spoil this review with any negativity I would be more than happy to share some professional suggestions to improve future stays if you would like to email me for follow up.

We chose this because of the ocean front location and comfy living room (we travelled with an almost 93 year old). Weather wasn’t the most cooperative, however with the view we had it didn’t matter. We had 40 mph gusts of wind from the East which pretty much made it high tide for a few days leaving very little useable beach. Overall this was a wonderful property, roomy, nicely decorated and absolutely Gorgeous views!! The days we were sitting on the beach were heaven! We will be back!
