Well stocked house. Had everything we needed. Could have used more toilet paper. :)

This is the BEST home, location, (walk 5 minutes to beach), kitchen was so well stocked with every kitchen item you could need. Two king sweets, Queen with it's own bath that the 17 year old loved. Two more bedrooms sharing a bath. Out door patio fantastic for dinner. Just a wonderful home and location. You will love this home if you are looking for walk ability to Hanalei.

The house worked very well for our family group of six adults and four children. The location is great for access to the village and the beach.

Our family and young kids had a great stay at the Taj! Perfect layout for family with different age kids/adults, as two of the bedrooms are isolated from the smaller kid rooms.. Nice walk to town and beach. Property manager available promptly for any issues. Highly recommend!

Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in this lovely, immaculate, comfortable home. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you could need. Spacious bathrooms. Close walk to the beach and village. Darling interior decor - vintage Hawaiian pieces! We will definitely return!

We loved the proximity of the house to Hanalei Bay Beach & the town. It was a super short easy walk!! The House was a perfect layout for our extended family of 8. The open kitchen, living/Dining layout was great!!

We stayed here before a wedding in Oct 2021 when I had a broken leg and our daughter cancelled due to her pregnancy. Well this time our son and his girlfriend had to cancel but we brought the new granddaughter and her other grandmother and had a perfect relaxing week at this beautiful home. We walked to town at least twice a day for coffee and dinner, hung at the beach just a bit as weather allowed and hiked, bird watched, golfed, drove to Waimea and completed two puzzles! We will try for a third time to get all the family in this magical place at the same time!

Our family of 9 loved the layout and convenience of the house to town and the beach. The linens were top quality and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional especially with two sinks and two disposals. Having two washers and dryers with an extra frig made for plenty of food storage and ability to stay ahead of laundry. The only problem we encountered was that the room with the twin beds had mosquitoes and the kids had over a dozen bites on their faces one morning. The property manager sent repellent and coils and we taped up gaps in the screens. Understandably there are mosquitoes in the tropics but this was over the top. I think the screens need to be better fitted and the problem will be resolved. Otherwise we loved our stay and will definitely come back Aloha

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Taj Ma Hale. A quick walk to the beach, comfortable beds, and lots of space. It was a cozy place to call home for 7 days.

Everything worked out great! The housekeeper, Gina, was very helpful before check in, answering questions we had and even getting a infant stroller for us. Location is great, close to town and beach. The house is well equipped with what we needed for cooking and beaching! We want to go again.

We had a great time at this house - nice separation of space for a larger group, easy to walk back and forth from Hanalei Bay and town, comfortable beds, very well-stocked kitchen. Definitely would like to stay here again!

Every part of our stay at Taj Ma Hale was amazing. Spacious, clean, well stocked with all we could want. Loved sitting on the beautiful lanai looking at the mountains, waterfalls, and rainbows. The short walk to the beautiful bay and to town made the location ideal. It was just the right place for our family of 9, ages 13 to 74. We been home for two week and keep dreaming of Hanalai. Best 70th birthday celebration ever!

The property was as described and everything we wanted and needed! It's spacious, with lots of different areas to hang out in so our large group (7 adults and 2 kids) could spread out and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with equipment and the open floor plan makes for great socializing while cooking. The jacuzzi tub is a special feature you shouldn't miss - devine after a long week in the sun and surf. Proximity to the beach and town are perfect while still being tucked away in a cul-de-sac making for quiet evenings. Clark was always lighting quick to respond to inquiries via the VRBO app. We will definitely come again!

My husband and I along with her two adult children their spouses and their children all met in Hawaii and stayed in this beautiful home for seven days! It met all of our needs! We were short walk to the beach and everything was provided for our convenience. It rained heavily for 3 days but it didn’t stop our joy of being together, eating and playing games. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed with our family and had a great experience. Great house, well appointed, and very responsive owner. Oven was broken when we arrived, however they had purchased a countertop oven so we didn't go without and had a repairman there to fix it within a few days. Most other places would not have gone to this extent to make sure we had a good experience and it was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this house in Hanalei. The location is awesome. Quick walk to the beach and to town. This was our third time staying in this area, and this house was top notch! The house itself was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The layout of the house is great for multiple families. Plenty of room. We stayed for two weeks so we utilized the two washer and dryers which was awesome. The extra fridge downstairs was also a great plus. There were plenty of good quality beach towels and chairs for the beach. I know that the beach equipment can’t be guaranteed but there were all sorts of sand toys, ice chest, beach chairs, umbrella and even a boogie board for us to use. There were also wagons for us to haul it all down to the beach! It was great. The contact for the property was very responsive when I had a question and went above and beyond when I left my wedding ring in the house after we left. Yikes. I would suggest this home to anyone. It was great.

Easy process. Loved the house.

The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Clark and the housekeeper Mindy were very helpful. We could walk with the kids to the beach and the restaurants and stores are very close by. We recommend Bar Acuda and the ice cream at Pink's. Would definitely come back tomorrow.

When we looked at the description of this property, we said "It looks too good to be true." But not only did it meet our expectations, it exceeded them. The location is beautiful, the walk to the beach is easy and shops and restaurants are conveniently nearby. We had plenty of bedrooms for our party of ten. The only drawback is the roadwork between Princeville and Hanalei but we found just about everything we needed in Hanalei and didn't have to deal with the road closures for most of our stay.

The Taj Ma Hale was an amazing house that we hope to visit again! The location was perfect...walk to the beach or to town, the home was clean and stocked with all amenities. Easy communication with property manager/owner!

We really enjoyed our stay at Taj Ma Hale. The house was extremely clean, and is well-equipped with kitchen items, as well as beach items (boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, etc). The house is a very short walk to the Hanalei Bay. During the time that we stayed, the road closure between Hanalei and Princeville resulted in us staying mostly on the Hanalei side, which was fine with us. The house has a separate, somewhat private lower and upper level, making it appealing for two couples that would like a little privacy from the main floor of the house. All of the beds were very comfortable, and the house has many fans to keep things cool. One thing to point out is that the grill is of the charcoal variety, so you'll need to buy some charcoal and be prepared to light it without lighter fluid (we could't seem to find any at the stores). All of the neighbors are friendly, and it's a nice quiet spot to relax. We would stay at Taj Ma Hale again without hesitation. Clark, the property manager was responsive and easy to work with. 5 stars, and Aloha!

This was a perfect home and location in Hanalei for our two families (including kids ages 15, 13, 12, and 10). The home is well equipped and laid out, with plenty of space and comfortable beds for all. It is a quick walk to the beach and to town. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there are ample quality towels, linens and beach gear, etc. Clark was proactive and very responsive, getting back to us within minutes when we had questions both before and during our trip. Highly recommended.
