We had a great stay this weekend for our daughter's graduation from USF! The property is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, just minutes away from USF and the host could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

The property was clean and cozy. It was well stocked with dishes, etc. The property owners were very friendly and welcoming. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 1 child. It was a good value...much less than getting separate hotel rooms. I recommend this property if you are in the Terrace Park, Temple Terrace, Busch Gardens, University of South Florida section of Tampa.

I would love to say we had a bad experience to ensure it will be available every time we visit Tampa, but I'd never do that to these gracious owners! Everything was clean & comfortable! The starfruit was delicious, the beds & furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was as described. Porches were great! Too hot to enjoy the back yard, but it's spacious and well laid out, and we enjoyed the salamanders visiting! We hated to leave, but are looking forward to making this our home away from home while my Bull is at USF! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, Sidney & Berta!!

This is an immaculate, well maintained property. It is nicely done up in Caribbean style with attractive, comfortable furnishings organized for relaxing with family and friends. The excellent beds alone are a good reason to make this your "home" in Tampa. This house was on a par with the best VRBO's we've used.

When we arrived host met us at housw with fresh fruit from the yard, answered any questions we had and showed us around. The beds were comfy and house large enough for everyone to have their own space. The back yard was amazing. Had a 3 yo who loved catching lizards. There were 8 of us who came in for a concert. Could not have been happier. Would definitely recommend. Owners very pleasant and courteous. Would definitely recommend!!

This property is in the perfect spot for access to the theme park and water park. Also very close to USF and lots of shopping and dining options. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions.

Whether you are going to Busch Gardens or doing other things around Temple Terrace/Tampa, this house is a perfect option. The host is extremely honest and communicative. Cannot go wrong here.

They house was beautiful and very spacious. We were so close to the water park and the amusement park, only 6 minutes away from where I had to be to graduate. So many fun things to do right out the front door. The property managers were so nice and understanding. We will definitely be back, and definitely suggest this property to everyone we know!

Our family stayed in this house to attend a nearby dance competition. The house had plenty of room and a great backyard for the children to play. It was clean and perfect for our weekend. Thank you Sydney!

This property gave us lots of room for our 3 families. There were 9 of us and we walked to Busch Gardens park every day! The teenage boys loved the rides and we all enjoyed the animals. The walk was about a 15min hike. Being close allowed us to walk home for lunch if we chose to. The neighborhood looks a little rough, but there are Busch security trucks driving down the road several times a day and we felt safe. The only improvement that could have been made was the seating for meals. There is a table that seats four and the kitchen bar but the stools aren’t the correct height for the counter top. We ate all our dinners out, so it wasn’t a big deal.. The place was super clean and we had two items I needed to call about after check in, that were handled immediately. Thanks for a great vacation.

This is my second time staying at this property and it won’t be the last! PROS - Check-in was smooth and swift; owner Mr. Payne met us and gave us the 411 about everything we needed to know. - The home is as pictured with some updates that add to your comfort. - The neighborhood is quiet and their were no issues that made us concerned about safety. - The entire home is clean. The kitchen was stocked with your basic cooking needs; appliances and dishes were clean. Bedrooms and bedding clean and fresh. Bathroom and linen were clean and fresh. Living-room, clean and comfortable. Backyard and patio were clean with a lot of outdoor seating. - Washer and dryer were PLUS! - You can walk to Busch Garden Gardens, but you’ll need transportation to get out and shop or head to the city of Tampa. This home is about 20 mins from the city, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet while relaxing in house! CONS - The only downside to this home is, you have to leave at some point.

This place was great for my work team that was in town doing Hurricane Ian emergency work. Very comfortable & relaxing place to unwind after a long day or night at work.

Just awesome. Large house with plenty of room for 5 adults. Beautiful outdoor spaces. Walking distance to Busch Garden (we walked home for lunch). Close to main roads, restaurants and grocery stores. Full kitchen with all you need to cook a meal. Truly a great experience for our family.

Was a short weekend stay for a softball tournament and our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Property had everything we needed and clean. Would certainly stay here again.

We were looking for something close to Busch Gardens so we could go back and forth to the park. The house is across the street from the water park and around the corner from Busch Gardens. Both are within walking distance. The house itself is as spacious and clean. It was perfect for our party of nine. Screened in porch and large backyard.
