We chose to stay at this property because it was right on the beach, within walking distance to Flagler Avenue, and large enough to accommodate our family. The property management team was super responsive in responding to my questions before our arrival. Everything was smooth during our stay and I didn’t need to reach out to them for anything. The condo was very clean with modern upgrades. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was clean, spacious, and fully stocked. Check-in process was smooth; everything was explained on the link they provided. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the beach, right across from the condo building, there is a lifeguard (10 am - 6 am) which was a major plus since we traveled with kids. All in all, we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is beautifully appointed, well equipped and the location is ideal if you want to experience downtown New Smyrna Beach.

The condo is very nice. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is ideal with family. We will definitely rent it again.

This is a great condo in a great location. Close to Flagler, the condo was beautiful with all the amenities. We had a great time, and we would definitely rent it again.

The property is just as it presents in the listing. My one biggest issue is that you do not have a designated parking place. I was told I had one parking place designated but upon arrival late at night with my two year old disabled daughter I found no spot to park. I parked down the road which was not an easy task since I was alone with my daughter. I called the next morning to get the code to the garage so we could park and was informed that we do not have a parking spot out is first come first serve. It also happened to be Spring Break so I am sure you could imagine how busy NSB is during this time. There was no laundry detergent and we were required to wash beach towels before we left . I did not bring Laundry detergent as I do not do laundry on vacation. I did bring all other items such as garbage bags and dishwashing detergent. I had to run out with my daughter the night before we left to get laundry detergent once I realized we were required to do the towels. This was a bit annoying ... However, everything else perfect ! Condo Beautiful and comfortable !

The condo was beautiful with ocean front view. We had some confusion with checkin and garage parking. I feel like the instructions were for all condos on this property and were very general. They need to be clarified per each particular condo because not all condos on this property have access to the parking garage. That would eliminate a lot of confusion upon check in. Otherwise, the condo was well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms with plenty of towels. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family of 4.

Overall a great a experience and the property is just as described in the listing. The views of the beach and the ocean from the balcony are wonderful and you can also keep any eye on the pool area from the balcony. The property itself is very spacious, we had three teenagers and two adults and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped and a short walk of less than 10 minutes gets you you to the downtown with plenty of restaurants. There is direct access to the beach and the property provides some beach chairs and beach toys which is nice for those flying in. Overall highly recommended.
