The property is exactly where you want to be in Newport. It’s roomy and a perfect set up for 3 couples traveling together. You really cannot go wrong with this one!! A perfect stay.

I stayed here with my husband, my parents, and my brother and his wife. We had a great time. The house is in a perfect location and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Three comfy king beds and each with their own bathroom. Can’t beat that. The location was perfect as we got to watch the parade from the top deck. Definitely would return again!

This home was great for our party of three couples spending New Years Eve weekend in Newport. The bedrooms are very roomy and we all had our own bathroom. The showers have wonderful body wash and high end shampoo/conditioners. The kitchen is stocked with two coffee makers including K-cups. The table in the kitchen is a bit small for 6 people , but if you stay here in the summer months you will be able to enjoy the larger table on the rooftop deck.The location is right on Thames St in the heart of fun shops and restaurants. If you stay in the lower bedrooms you may want to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to loud noises at night. The unit was very clean when we arrived (although we found someone’s clothes in the nightstand as we were departing). Overall, we found the beds to be very comfortable, the showers were great, and we loved the convenience of walking to shops and restaurants. We did have to find parking down the road for one of the cars we took. We couldn’t find long term parking, just had to keep feeding the meter every 12 hours or so. Newport is a great place to visit any time of year… lots of history, culture , shopping and great for foodies!

What a gorgeous place to stay… even in the rain! So many fun places to explore living right on Thames st. Having off street parking was key (1 spot). The home was clean and exactly as described. You mush be able to tolerate stairs. And heights! the view is great on the roof top. A comfortable place to sit and visit with family or friends. I highly recommend.

We were in Newport this weekend for my brother’s wedding. This was a perfect place for us to stay! The beds were huge and comfy. There was tons of space for my daughters to run and crawl around and it was so nice to have the roof top deck. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with a big group or family :)

We were so convenient to so many sites and restaurants. The accommodations were what I expected and included more than I expected. My family and I had a great time.

Great location, everything you'd need for a weekend stay and plenty of space for 2-3 couples

Our family of six adults stayed here for a long weekend and had a great trip! The location cannot be beat- it was extremely walkable in the heart of downtown Newport. The bedrooms were all spacious with very comfortable king beds and private bathrooms. The common area was large and a great place for all of us to gather. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is lovely and spacious but the rooftop sitting area is the icing on the cake. Our group enjoyed morning coffee and sunset views. The furnishings are comfortable and the location is within easy walking distance to the Cliff Walk as well as all that the Thames St area has to offer.

We decided to do a short family vacation before the summer season. The apartment was perfect for our family. The roof deck is spectacular and nice for enjoying your morning coffee. The location made it easy to walk everywhere. The house had all the essentials and the bathrooms had the basic toiletries. Beds were comfortable and there was a nice living room for family games. The shop keepera below the apartment were friendly and we loved the keyless entry to the apartment. My only regret is that we did not stay longer.

Perfect location for walking everywhere. It was very clean and comfortable for our family. I especially appreciated that it was supplied with soap/detergent, all the little things that some places make you bring yourself. Simple check in and the owners were very responsive the one time I reached out. I hope to stay here again.

The space was clean, spacious and in the perfect location. The write-up and related photos were accurate. The shared space was great for hanging out, doing puzzles, watching movies; and the rooftop deck provided a beautiful view of the sunsets. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location and comes with parking. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Well maintained and stocked with amenities. Three king beds are quite comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Perfect for three couples as each room has a large bed and its own bathroom. Given the location, there is some street noise (to be expected) so just something for others to be aware of when booking. Was not an issue for us.

Myself & 3 sisters stayed here. All the rooms were large and very clean. Perfect location with ability to walk for sightseeing & restaurants. Had a few questions for the property manager who responded quickly. Bring an Amazon Fire Stick if you want to watch TV. Excellent!!!

We had a great stay at this house. It is right downtown and we were able to walk to everything. The beds were very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. We got lucky with the weather and watched the sunset from the roof deck which was amazing. Highly recommend this house for a Newport getaway!

Four of us (two couples) had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very nice, clean, and had everything you need. Bedrooms are very private for two or 3 couples - each having their own private bath/suite. Kitchen and living space had all the amenities you need in a nice bright space with lots of windows over looking thames street. Roof deck was very cool but we didn’t have time or the right weather to use it. Couldn’t ask for a better location for walking access to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

My friends and I have been coming to Newport for a few years now and have stayed at different locations in the town. We will definitely choose this rental again! We loved it. It was a great location, and was cozy with a huge living area for all of us to sit and relax. We couldn’t beat the price!!

This property is in an absolutely fantastic location in the Newport area, easy walking distance to food, shopping and entertainment. It sits above a barbershop and small store with a liquor store catty corner and lots of little shops spread around. two of the bedrooms have connected baths, the third bedroom also has a connected bath that shares with the hall way. The third bedroom is less private, it has barn doors and glass windows from the family room. The upstairs deck has great views and a wonderful spot to hang out, be very careful on the stairs however as they are a bit steep for anyone who is not sure footed. We truly loved our stay here, the only item we were a bit leery of was a back stairwell to a door that went outside. The first morning we woke up there the door was a jar as if someone had entered. To be fair, we were all safe and we’re not aware of anyone entering and there is a door to one of the bedrooms that does lock to that hallway however it did make us a little bit uncomfortable. As we weren’t aware of it nor where we where a few may have access to it. To be clear, we did not have any issue occur but did cause some concern.

I visited Newport, RI for a friend's wedding. This property was a PERFECT location; walkable to all wedding events, restaurants and shops. It was also a perfect size for my husband and I, as well as a friend and her spouse. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to experience downtown Newport!

The place could use some TLC and updating but otherwise it is a huge space in a great location. It definitely served its purpose. Pictures are exactly what you get. Rooms are big. Kitchen is old and so are the bathrooms. Great AC for a hot weekend. Note that there is only 1 parking spot and Newport is very crowded in the summer if you are with a group of people who have multiple cars that could be very challenging.
