This Condo and working with Kim could not have been better. The Condo was very clean and was exactly what the pictures showed on VRBO and we were able to get the unit about an hour early. We have stayed at the Long Beach Resort 3 other times, 2 times in Tower 3 and 1 time in Tower 4, so this was our first time in Tower 1 and this will be our last time, again nothing to do with the actual Condo itself or anything to do with Kim's Condo. Actually this is probably the best Condo unit we have stayed in, the problem with Tower 1 is you have a major overflow of people from Shores of Panama Condo ( Next Door ) to Tower 1, and the tenants of that condo would walk down and set tents up in front of the Tower 1 beach chairs. we actually just went down between Tower 2 & Tower 3 and put our chairs down and it was not crowed at all. The other issue is this unit was above the beach access and it was super noise all the time, and this unit is next to the trash shoot and you had people dropping trash and bottles all times of the night and it was noisy as well. We will stay at Long Beach Resort again and would like to work with Kim's condos again, but it will be in Tower 3 or 4. The pool was great not crowded at all for the time we were their. Cant wait to go back next year to Long Beach Resort for our 5th year vacation.

We have stayed at several condos in the Long Beach Resort compound and this one by far has been our most favorite condo yet. Will definitely book this one every year. Super clean, great management, and great location.

Absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. This unit was nicer than the other units I have stayed in at Long Beach resort. I feel very lucky I was able to rent this unit so close to our reservation dates. Hats off!!

This is our 2nd time staying here. Great access to beach, condo is clean great kitchen for cooking and very spacious. Whenever we come to Panama city this condo is one of our favorites!!!

Beautiful place with a beautiful view right on the water! Large windows across the back of the condo provide a great view and a big balcony to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings! Highly recommend!

Overall, this is a beautiful condo and perfect location. Located on the second floor, it was nice and quiet and met most of our needs. The only reason I give cleanliness a three star is because the dining chair cushions, the recliner, the throw pillows (inside and out) and the rugs should be cleaned, at least once a month if not every two weeks. Other than that, it’s perfect!

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the decor of this adorable condo. This condo had everything we needed for a great stay, including a kitchen stock with tons of great cooking tools. Not too far from shopping and attractions, giving us fun options on rainy days too.

While this was not my initial booking, as I had stayed in Seacrest prior, an un expectant remodel changed my plans for the better. This location was so much better, I was worried as my mother has health issues, and getting the beach in Seacrest is no easy task, here it was 4 step and you were in the sand. However, the condo made the vacation. We were here during the cold snap, which has temperatures in the 20’s. Most outdoor activities were hard to do with the cold temperatures, and wind, even with the magnificent views and the sun warming the condo, through the large windows. We turned to the games the host provided for entertainment, and had some family time. Also the fully equipped kitchen was extremely nice on Christmas morning to cook breakfast for the family as very few places were open, however the convince of the Waffle House I’d needed was nice. We also picked up the new hobby of shelling, when we were able to get on the beach and walk. We are already planning our next trip in a few months and will hopefully be staying here again. Also the ability to change the code to a shorter code was a great thing as the other condo did not have that feature and having to remember 6 digit numbers is not fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. I loved the patio furniture, so comfy to sit on and enjoy the view. We didn't want to leave!

We love staying in this area since we can walk to a lot of attractions. We also prefer parking lots over parking garages. The parking here was great! Elevators were also very timely which is a plus with small children. Quick access to the beach! The room was really nice especially the living room and master bathroom. The bedrooms are still a little dated but got the job done. The condo was extremely clean and I really appreciate that! The outside area / furniture was sooooo nice! Really enjoyed drinking coffee out there in the mornings. We would absolutely stay here again. - The Goostree's

We enjoyed this condo very much! The new decor is very pretty with that perfect beach feel! The proximity to the beach is a very short distance and we loved sitting on the balcony day and night listening to the ocean. We left the beach chairs and umbrellas we purchased in the unit for the next guests. That is always a nice amenity to include in beach vacation rentals. We loved all the restaurants in the Panama City area.

This condo was so gorgeous, it was so comfortable and so clean!! Perfect location being on the second floor, and a short beach walk to Pineapple Willy’s! Also loved that the pool was not directly under us, it made the ocean front balcony very peaceful. We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this resort and will return for years to come. We had an issue with microwave and someone was there to check it out within the hour. Communication with host was extremely helpful and fast. They even let us leave some unopened food items for the next crew coming in. We will definitely be returning! Best resort we’ve stayed at in 10+ years hands down!!

We are a family of 5 with kids aged 19, 17, and 14. We went starting the weekend of Memorial Day for a week. The beach was incredibly crowded the Sunday before and on Memorial Day. So much so that we thought we had made a mistake in booking such a busy location. The beach was much less crowed the rest of the week. My son (14) says he enjoyed this beach trip more than others b/c of the white sand, clear water, quick access from room to beach, and that we had an ocean view. I agree with him. Check-in was easy. We had one minor plumbing issue and the management company had someone over there quick. Coded lock on the front door made it easy to come and go without a key. Overall, we gave this place a 5 based on the points mentioned and what we felt was a good value.

Everything was as shown. Other locations we have rented elevators are always down and have a long wait. Elevators here where fast and all operational. A lot of food and shopping within walking distance. Property is very secure and ample parking

Great condo. Beautiful decorated. Kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is updated. Being in the 2nd floor was nice and convenient to the beach and the pool. Lots of great restaurants near by.

Very clean and just like the pictures. My whole family enjoyed it. It’s just like the pictures but better. The theme throughout the condo is well themed and goes into subtle details with the plates and bowls and stuff as well .. I’m glad we chose this condo and will probably never even try a different one! 10/10.

The floor plan of this condo is what made us choose to stay here. Two large master bedrooms, each had beautiful views of the beach and access to the large balcony. This will be our go to place when visiting Panama City beach in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Long Beach Resort. This unit is just like the pictures, cute, clean and had everything you need. The deck was delightful and the view amazing. The location was great too! We would certainly come back! Thank you!

Loved being on the second floor. View was absolutely beautiful. I do not have any bad comments about this stay at all. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved it!

Super easy check in with digital key lock. The condo is beautiful and spacious . The balcony furniture needs to be replaced and the mattresses in the queen bedroom are uncomfortable. Other than that (which wasn’t a great big deal) it was perfect . Elevators Bebe building are super fast and being right on the beach is so amazing. The pool bar has great food and drinks if you want a hot meal without leaving the complex. We would stay here again!

This condo was amazing!! My fiancé and I loved the views. Just sitting on the patio and listening to the waves was our favorite activity. We can’t wait to book again.

This condo is was one of the best at Long Beach and we stay there twice a year. This was by far my favorite. It has carpet in the bedrooms, wonderful water pressure, updated kitchen and the outside furniture was very comfortable. I plan on staying in this condo from now on, if it is available.

We could not have asked for anything more than what we got when we rented this unit for the week. You will not be disappointed when you stay here. The location is perfect and close to anything you would need. Another plus, the entrance is gated with security. Parking is easy, open parking lot with no parking ramps. We will definitely be back!!

First-time ever visiting Panama City, and we are so glad we stayed here. This condo is perfectly located in the center of everything, walking distance from shops even though a car rental is a must. The place was clean and organized and provided everything needed for a 4-day stay.

Had a great holiday weekend with friends. Location is amazing. The only criticism would be that other Vacation rentals I have stayed in the past have been stocked a bit better. No extra trash bags, 1 roll of TP per bathroom. No paper towels. Those seem to be basics that are most often included. Other than that no complaints.
