Our stay at the Alan Ladd estate was a perfect get away with good friends. The house was immaculate and big enough for 10 people. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and heated to a perfect temperature since we paid for the pool and spa to be heated. The house is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The Owner/Manager couldn’t have been nicer and more available. The kitchen and bar were very well stocked. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Palm Springs. It is in a very desirable neighborhood and the history with Hollywood makes it extra special. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We booked this house to cekebrate our friends retiremen. It was the perfect size for our 8 person group.This house is so beautiful, spacious and quiet...just what we all needed after a long year. We enjoyed the amenities and private pool everyday. Already planning our return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable property. With a group of 10 family members, the abundance of space was a breath of fresh air. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. One of the standout features was the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The patio and pool area quickly became the focal point of our stay. The breathtaking views of the mountains provided a stunning backdrop as we lounged by the pool and enjoyed breakfast outdoors. From the initial booking to our departure, the property manager was responsive and made sure all of our needs were met.

Beautiful relaxing home and very comfortable for our party of 9 and 2 dogs. David was great to show us all the ins and outs of the house, and they had everything we needed. We went in April and we kind of wished we had the pool heated for our stay, it would have been more comfortable being out there! Otherwise it was great

Great property and superb location. We got stuck with weird cold weather so the hot tub was a big deal and we wished it didn’t need to be re-“turned on” every 5 minutes. That required getting OUT of the hot tub. But host was accommodating and overall loved our experience.

This was such a special property to celebrate a very special person! Our family with friends (extended family!) gathered from different states. The property was perfectly spacious to accommodate us all! Well appointed, beautiful inside and outside, attention to every detail! The property manager was so organized, accessible, and made us feel welcomed and unplugged! Absolutely great in every way! (Even w/a day or so of iffy weather - we were very comfortable!)

We had a great week at this property. Spacious, well-appointed, and great location. Dave, the property manager was super helpful. My family loved the lemon, orange and grapefruit trees in the backyard. Also, with a large group the 2 refrigerators, washer/dryers and dishwashers came in very handy!

Best stocked property, I've stayed at to date! Host was friendly, helpful and took extra time to ensure we were settled and setup perfectly for a fun weekend. The property was great, would absolutely recommend ModMansions to others, great experience!

The house is even better in person! The location is very close to downtown. 5 min Uber if you don’t want to walk 25 min. Close food, coffee, and stores. It is great that everyone got to have their own bathroom. The fireplace and common areas were perfect. Kitchen is also great for cooking. I would definitely recommend this property. There are a lot of rules about noise ordinance, however this is very common for Palm Springs.

Seven long-term friends (think kindergarten) turned eighty in 2022 so we convened for a four-day birthday party in Palm Springs. It was fabulous.

Celebrated group birthdays in a beautiful, relaxing house... felt like the "rat pack"... lots of fun.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs. The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable for a large group. The backyard is gorgeous with grass area, huge pool and many seating options for you to relax. The location is excellent, we were able to walk to downtown and there are many great restaurants nearby. Our only complaint were the strict house rules. Everyone must be in the house after 8 pm, no-one is allowed in the backyard, "no exceptions". I understand the neighbors don't want to listen to loud music but when the weather is beautiful, guests would like to sit outside and enjoy the night. I recommend clarifying the house rules with the owner before you book this property to make sure it suits your needs.

We hosted my husbands 60th birthday for 10 guests, and everything was perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was ideal. The pool was gorgeous, and the kitchen had two dishwashers and two refrigerators. I cannot recommend this property enough. Jim, Laurie, and David were very quick to answer any of our questions. Everything was flawless from beginning to end.

Well-appointed home great for groups of couples or friends — each room has it’s own bathroom! Two dining areas for special meals and a gourmet kitchen that is begging to be cooked in. It’s a great house. And the location? WOw, well the location cannot be beat!

This vrbo is gorgeous and very well maintained. It’s exactly as advertised. We loved hanging out in the pool. Floaties included which I loved that touch. Kitchen was had all you need to cook. AC was a amazing but maybe bring a sweater cuz it can actually get cool in the house. The vrbo is in a beautiful neighborhood close to downtown. Just a quick Uber ride away from everything. The only con is there was a lot of cleaning expectations prior to departure, which with the cleaning fee we paid felt like a lot.

This was such a great getaway. I celebrated with friends for my 40th birthday and it was wonderful. We got a great tour of the beautiful house and was encouraged to text if anything at all went wrong (it didn’t). There was even a room with a separate entrance and some more soundproofing for one of my friends who had her baby with her. She was so glad that she didn’t have to worry about disturbing others if she woke up in the night. The pool is great, it’s nice and deep so the water stayed cooler than it would have otherwise. We really hope to come back again!

Great house with plenty of space for spending out and relaxing! We stayed with 7 adults and had plenty of space. Truly felt like home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen to support cooking and we had a chef one night! The welcome walk through from David was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great experience. The house was beautiful, had all the amenities we needed and was beautifully decorated in mid-century modern. It's close to downtown, the casino and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Very nice property with close proximity to bars, restaurants, etc. House was exactly as described and pool area could not be beat.

The house and amenities were just as described, and ModMansions were excellent hosts. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I rented the house for a relaxing weekend and had a wonderful time. Everything worked as advertised and the pool comes with a great view of the mountains. Would definitely stay here again.
