The condo was lovely, we had a great time. We usually stay closer to the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk around 1st street, this condo was still close to restaurants and things to do, you just have to walk a few blocks. The door to the condo is EXTREMELY heavy and slams hard, use caution. I shut my fingers in it and my daughter cut her foot. The shower could use a recaulking. There was one side that was all moldy and pink. The sheet on the pull out couch was not clean and had a something smeared on it. Also, the listing says you’re allowed to use the front desk for questions/problems but the paper they give you when you check in says the front desk is not authorized to do so. We didn’t have any issues to report so that didn’t matter to us. Kids loved the pool. Overall had a great stay. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay!!! Everything about this place was spot on! The view, the coziness, the atmosphere…we love it! The owner is fast at replying as well which I love! Thank you so much Dylan! We will definitely be back next year!

Everything about our stay was great! Location was perfect and the unit was very clean and spacious. We only had one issue with the circuit breaker box tripping the water heater. As a result, we had one in our party end up with a cold shower. However, I called the property manager and maintenance came right away and fixed the issue! We would definitely stay again!

The is a wonderful condo and it's in a great location for Ocean City. The layout is outstanding. It has a great view from the balcony. There were a few maintenance items that needed repair (hall bathroom door didn't close right, wall rust by tub shower), but overall it was very nice. I would stay her again. Check-in was a breeze!

Easy check-in check-out. Very friendly greeting upon arrival. Condo was spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped; nice refrigerator with plenty of space. 2nd bathroom door near double-bedroom top hinge screw was lose so wouldn’t shut properly but not an issue. Furniture was comfortable. King size bed in master bedroom was comfortable. And the master bathroom shower was great!!! Side view of ocean off patio but still a nice view of boardwalk and ocean. Reasonably priced for family of 4. Really liked the security access to 5th floor.

Very nice property and as is described. Would definitely recommend and or stay here again. The only issue we had was the A/C unit was not working properly so it got kinda warm one of the nights and uncomfortable, but we were able to open up the balcony doors as it was a rather cool weekend. There is only one elevator and it’s pretty slow. These are pretty small complaints and just critiques for the owner of an otherwise awesome property.

We stayed here in December of 2023. One of the best places we have stayed in OC. You check in at the hotel and get to enjoy the hotel amenities but get to stay in a condo. It's a great concept! And it is right on the boardwalk and walkable distances from several restaurants as well. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Decided to stop in OC for 3 nights before visiting Washington DC on the way north from Naples, FL. VRBO offered this listing and having been in OC back in the mid 70's and again about 12 years ago, it was a great opportunity to see how OC has developed and changed.
We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Condo and found everything very comfortable. You are on the Boardwalk so walking from 15th to the Pier is about a 20 - 30 min walk depending on if you stop or not along the way.
Great location and only negative was OC was still cool and we had 2 out of the 3 days with rain. We kept busy and will definitely visit again.
Host was kind and responded to any messages in a timely manner.

It was great - excellent space for each of us to work and relax. Nice having separate bedrooms for son and us. Loved the long balcony where I could watch the ocean while exercising. Loved the access to the swimming pool and beach and boardwalk. Enjoyed having a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer and pots and pans and microwave. The luggage carts were convenient too. Great stay at affordable price in off season. Thanks!

This is a beautiful property that has the perks of a hotel guest and the privacy of condo living. Everything was as described. In fact, our family thought it felt much bigger than the photos portrayed. Though we wish the weather was better for our visit, having covered access for our vehicle was a plus! The boardwalk and beach are just minutes away!

Extremely easy check in !!! Very clean as usual and of course the whole condo is beautiful!!! We’ve been going there for 3 years the week of Xmas and will be doing it for many more!!! The condo was beyonf my expectations. I brought my sister and my 87 yr old mom on this trip. My mom was more than impressed with the very clean and spacious accommodations. She was amazed with the master bedroom suite. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo by the ocean. Hopefully be able to take a trip back next fall.

Having stayed here before, we were very much looking forward to spending a few days here again.
Again, we were not disappointed. The condo is SO lovely and extremely spacious, with loads of necessities provided.
We enjoyed taking morning walks on the boardwalk, a few steps from the condo. Another plus we discovered is the beautiful bar off the lobby where we went for happy hour one evening.
Can’t wait to book for next year, and hope the weather is as gorgeous!

This is the second year we used this condo for our girls shopping weekend and to attend Sunfest. It is an updated, well maintained condo. I would highly recommend it.

Apartment was spacious, great for our family of 4. Located right on the beach and boardwalk. Couch could have been more comfortable and the weather could have cooperated better, but overall we had a nice time.

The condo was as advertised. Clean, quiet, steps to the boardwalk. In hotel restaurant, close to everything needed. The hotel staff handling the check in and check out were awesome. Not a single complaint!

This was our second time in this unit. When we had an issue, Dylan was super responsive and doing everything he could to make our stay comfortable.

The condo was roomy for 4 adults and small children It was very clean and met all our needs Having a washer and dryer in the room with small children was key! The pool and splash pad were a joyful relief after a morning at the beach. The condo representative was on vacation while we were there but the front desk representatives were very responsive to our needs.
It is definitely a quiet part of the boardwalk however the fire station is only a block away. We did get used to sirens occasionally going off. Making up for that was bike rental right outside the door, fresh crabs a block away and free covered parking
