the hotel is little in the heart of Jerusalem and the staff was more than helpful with everything we needed. Also we recommend to book it with breakfast because the breakfast was exceptional

we stayed there for 2 days and we had hot water just one day. the second day we had to shower in cold water

Very nice location, breakfasts were amazing!

To be honest, i think the worse about this hotel was their whattsapp communication. Its just over too much. I have never experience like this and to be honest, its annoying. Messages after booking, asking for "faster online booking", messages after first night, second night, when you leave - and if you wrote that is over too much messages, they didnt even answer (only robot) :-) All that stuff could be done when you check in and check out. Exceptional, plentiful breakfast, big and comfortable room, very clean, nice and friendly staff, all furnitures in very good condition, fast internet, perfect location.

The room was big and the hotel was in the centre of the city

The bed sheet wasn’t changed for 5days even though we informed the staff and the floor was not cleaned. we were sleeping in two single mattresses .As a couple everyone always prefer double mattress which will make comfortable

First hard to find the place as there is another sign. Second tye place is broken, the entrance door, room door craks.

Not a lot of hot water from the shower and a bad smell in the bathroom (probably from the sink).

- No hot water. We asked twice to fix the problem. They said yeah. But never fixed. We still could not have a bath with hot water. - Every night the card to get to the room was out of order and we had to go to reception to activate again.

In hotel what wasn't woks on question why? we get an answer sorry. We didn't have coffee because coffee mashin doesn't work, on breakfast same problem no coffee even no hot water, breakfast was very poor. Everything was unprofessional. Never come back. Not recommend

Location is superb. Front of ce manager Mr Muhammad was friebdly and helpful and so was staff Natalie.

The corridor carpet has a musty smell. The ceiling of toilet leaks. Hotel has arachic payment method and staff keys in credit card number into device resulting in my bank suspecting its a fraud transaction and did not allow payment to go through. I had to withdraw cash from ATM to pay my bill. Its time to upgrade and be current with technology.

Highly recommend a perfect place The owners of the place are very kind and pleasant, took care of everything, the place is very clean, tidy, gives a good feeling and a lot of style. The location is in a quiet area but very close to the city center, the Western Wall, in any case a light train to Mahane Yehuda Market... Thank you very much, we had a great time, we are sure we will come back and recommend!

It is located between the Market and the Old City. Very convenient location to do everything in Jerusalem. The staff was very attentive. A young man named Mohammed was especially helpful with fixing a room issue and with support for sightseeing.

Our room door seemed to malfunction. But they quickly came up and repaired the electronic lock.
