Great set up for easy beach access. Back Deck is awesome for evening grilling and dining. Wonderful outside shower/dressing area Bathrooms and kitchen updated Place is well equipped Joe and his family are pouring a lot of love into this place and it’s quite family friendly!

You cannot beat the location! Just a short walk to the beach which made it very convenient to go back and forth all day. Condo was just like the photos and very clean. We were 7 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. Only con was that the barbecue was not usable which was a big disappointment since we did bring meals based on using the barbecue. Overall it was a great week and we would go back again.

The location of this property was perfect for families with kids. Very short walk up the steps and you’re on the beach. Owner was easy to work with and quick with communication. The condo was as expected from photos. We would stay again.

My family and I recently rented this property and made the best of what we could given the limited availability of other properties. The were unfortunately a number of issues with this property. To start the outlets do not work. The carpets are very dirty as were the shower curtains and tubes. The bedding is old worn and dingy as was all the bed skirts. The rollaway bed and trundle had no bedding that now limited the advertisement for sleeping capacity. The barbecue grill was rusted and dirty with no an empty propane tank. The assigned housekeeper was 2 hours and 45 minutes late into the cleaning up for a 3pm check in. The floors were left without mopping because the cleaning team lead felt it inappropriate to wet the floors with small children in the house. These children had grandparents, parents, and an aunt available to care for them As the children proceeded to play the in carpeted livingroom and bedrooms each of them broke out in rashes. I communicated my concerns with the house manager but I received very little reply and no offer to compensate us for this poor experience. Fenwick Island itself does provide a memorable experience, its unfortunately negated by a false representation of this property.

Great spot with the beach on one side and bay on the other! The whole family enjoyed the deck to extend the day outside. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay in Fenwick island! The property was quiet and a just a few steps to the beach! Lots of space for our little family. A couple repairs needed, closet door broken, gate on deck sticks. Other than that everything was perfect and as listed on the description. Would stay there again!

This is our second vacation here. The house is the perfect size , well maintained and clean . The beach is steps away and lovely !

Really great property and location for a family with kids. Plenty of space to spread out and close to the beach for easy on and off. The outside shower was a huge convenience for us as well. Main floor carpets a bit dated but the unit is otherwise updated, clean and comfortable!

We stayed here with 2 families - one family had the loft and the other had the main floor bedrooms. You can't get much closer to the beach, which makes this location perfect for shuttling little ones back and forth and going back to the beach more than once during the day. The grill and deck also make for great dining

We had a fabulous time once again at Fenwick Island. The location of the condo, while not on the beach, was ideal. A quick hop from the door to the steps leading onto the beach. Easy!! The place for us was perfect- the kids stayed in the loft area, a grandparent in the bunk room and parents in the king. Plenty of room to spread out to play games, watch a show or have a bake off of the weather isn’t great out downtime is needed! Great communication with Joe throughout our stay as well. We would definitely come back!

This was a wonderful place to stay for the week over spring break! Joe was a great host and even let us check in early on Saturday. The place was clean, full of light and was everything you want from a beach house. The beach was quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be coming back.

This property is AMAZING! The location was perfect, so close to the beach. The property itself was very clean and well kept. The owner was amazing, and accommodating to our needs, as well as responsive. We will definitely be back!

Joe (owner) was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The Condo itself was clean, stocked with essentials, and spacious. We went during off season (February) and had the beach that was, steps away, to ourselves. You can see and hear the ocean from the top deck and the bottom deck is large and while you can only see the beautiful dunes from this deck you can still hear the waves. We went to Assateauge Island while here and the drive was short and pleasant. The only trouble we had was finding which Condo it was on the night we arrived, had it been in the day I don't think there would have been as much confusion. We didn't look long maybe 5 minutes just trying to figure out how the entrances and doors to the building were oriented.

My sister and my college aged son and I had a truly perfect Thanksgiving at this lovely condo ! The beach is steps from the house. The view of the ocean from the upper deck is beautiful and you can hear the ocean. And honestly, this place is fantastic- clean, freshly painted, comfortable furniture new kitchen with EVERYTHING you need, great TV with a very cozy faux fireplace. This place really exceeded our expectations. We will return in the spring for another relaxing visit.

Fabulous location and best beach ever. But a few things would have made it alot better. The Unit is not marked at all from the outside, so it was challenging to get in. No 6 isnt on building, steps Or anywhere. Arrived late in dark and wasn't sure i had right place. Called Joe, he responded right away and, i got in. I hope.Joel will consider getting rid of the carpet Which appeared dirty from so much use in high traffic areas. Hardwood or low pile commercial carpet would be appropriate. TV clickers Confusing and i couldn't sequence properly so they didn't work. Instructions would hv be helpful. Master Bedroom tv Clicker didnt work. LR Overhead fan didn't work. The other annoying thing was there are zero end tables or coffee table in LR. So if sitting there with a friend, there is nowhere to put your drink. Same in bedroom. And no mirrors in Bedrooms rooms. The top deck could use a lounger or Adirondack chair. Well equipped kitchen overall. Last I could only hear the road instead of the ocean, but Close enough ..and thats where All my time was spent. It was glorious. The place just needs a bit More attention and it would be great. It was indeed quiet which was what i was looking for.

Relaxing weekend away at this beach property. Townhouse is very comfortable with a great deck and updated kitchen. Unit is just steps from the beach making it easy to come back and forth. We did have an issue with the A/C not working but owner was very responsive and had someone there within 2 hours. The only thing to note is that this property is about 2+ miles from downtown Fenwick (one way), which is walkable but might be far for some and the walk is along Route 1 (which is very busy). Overall, a lovely stay!
