We had so much fun just being together. All the different games in the house made it entertaining for all ages.

Everything was good except for some of the electrical plug outlets did not work in the kitchen but no biggie we made it work

Property was excellent for our large family. Plenty of entertainment for everyone. Loved the home but the cleaning crew doesn't do a very good job cleaning and it needs to be exterminated because we saw many bugs. There was dirty underwear in one of the bedrooms from previous guest and a cigarette laying on the window sill in one of the bedrooms. The spider webs need to be swept down on the balcony near the hot tub and inside of house.

The air condition return was nasty , the tails were wet and it had stains on them when we got there to take a shower. I called to get new Towels never received them we were supposed to have 19 towels we only had 13 and 6 wash rags and one hand towel and no kitchen towels at all. Steps on the front porch need Fixing and the hand railing was broke. The slot machine was broken too. I spent a lot of money to stay in this rental house for my family it was very expensive and I expected more.

If you've been to Pigeon Forge & stayed in a (not brand new) cabin before, you likely have a general idea what this cabin is like....probably 30 years old or so, lots of bear decor and brown. It was generally clean- no major issues. The comforters & furniture seemed a little dated but again, it looked like Pigeon Forge! Overall we enjoyed our stay here and loved that our teenagers had plenty to do at the cabin. The air and appliances worked well. Beds weren't the most comfy but were fine. Never figured out the slot machine (didn't see any tokens) and had a good bit of trouble with the digital door lock (one button is missing and it got stuck and wouldn't unlock a few times....may just be time to replace.) The biggest downside to this cabin was the construction of a new cabin right across the street. They didn't start until 8:15 a.m. which was fine since most of us were up or close around that time but expect building noises and loud music most of the daytime hours (teens in lowest floor didn't hear it!). Again, it wasn't a huge issue for us and we didn't notice it much inside the cabin. We like the location as we seemed "out" of town (except for construction noises) but were only about a mile from the main road. It is in a cabin community so others were next door but no cabin on the other side. We could hear other people laughing/talking loudly in their hot tub when were on the deck but it wasn't a problem for us. We would probably stay here again (2 families with 8 total people) & had a great time together here.

Clean cabin and close to everything. Out kids had a blast playing putt putt and all the other games the cabin offered.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was in a good location. It was also the perfect size for our extended family with fun things to do at the house to keep everyone entertained when we returned in for the night.

The cabin was gorgeous especially the owners suite upstairs! There was plenty of room to spread out so we weren't on top of each other other. We definitely could have used an extra bathroom. The knows do stick easily and we were locked out of one of the bathrooms. The owners suite shower leaked water into the dining area. Rhe plumber was rude.. everyone greeted him and he walked right by us. The plumber came out and said oh you need to close the shower curtain all the way. The TVs in some rooms did not work too many remotes...label them! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. I wish there was more parking and a better view from the balcony other than other cabins. Location was perfect near the strip and all activities. We were told it was cleaned, but we still sanitized everything again. There was hair in my hair upstairs and the fireplace feature in the bathroom didn't work. Batteries should be replaced for every visit or make sure it works.

We really enjoyed our time here. Close to everything and still little out of town. The place was really good for us. Only thing was the rooms weren’t 100% clean. Looked like a spot job but was awesome for a weekend getaway. Would stay here again.

The place was ready when we got there. There was activities for the kids to keep them busy. The property was close to the Smokey mountains. Good location.

Very nice house, smaller than expected. Also wasn't in the mountains and woods like the pictures portrayed. Some what in a subdivision really. Otherwise, the place was great. Clean. Lots of things available to pass the time! Hot tub was very nice. Beds super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the location and the property offered some much as far as entertainment. We could not get a couple of the TV’s to work, the big one in the pool room and the first floor bedroom. No place to store things in the kitchen, and the note left by owner made us nervous about moving stuff. Especially in this time of COVID, I would have expected the property to be cleaner. Hallway walls to basement were awful, the master bedroom huge tub was not cleaned, dust was thick enough to write your name in. I dropped something on the floor and under the bed was filthy. The grill and the cleaning tools were a mess and no gas for the grill. They did bring gas for the grill and a new brush, so my husband could clean the grill before using it. Nasty ashtrays left on the deck ( we do not smoke). We still had a good time, but I thought you would want to know

Easy to rent. Check in was simple and was advised that unit was ready even before we reached Pigeon Forge. Great start. Cabin location was excellent. Brand new homes were being built just next door with some noise issues but they were tolerable. Biggest gripe about the cabin was there are a lot of cosmetic improvements that are needed. Paint, wall repairs, and the whole house needs a deep cleaning, especially with the virus still among us all! Just expected a cleaner unit to walk into! House was comfortable and could be regarded top notch with some investment! Kitchen was seriously lacking usable pots and pans and with all the TVs in the house you had to have a degree to figure out if they were even usable. Game room with pool table was fine but shuffleboard and slot machine was totally unusable...75 inch Tv would have been great to watch a game on but could never find a way to watch regular ESPN channel. Overall the visit was fine but without some of the improvements I would look elsewhere to rent another unit in Pigeon Forge!

It's just as it says "Best Time Ever"..it was my first time staying in a cabin..it was very clean and spacious..everyone had enough room..kids had a lot of fun..the only thing I would change is bigger trash cans inside and out..had to take my other trash to a dumpster on the office lot once the outside bends were full..but it was a great experience for my first time. Will definitely do it again with my family.

The property was peaceful until it wasnt. They were doing construction next door so we had to hear that. Alot of the games in the house were broke like corn hole the bags were damaged, and mini putt putt had only one adult stick. The. Master bedroom jetted tub did not have hot water. There were a couple things left from previous renter's tht sisn get cleaned. But all in all it was a good stay. AMD they fixed the bean bag prob.

This cabin was such a great spot for a weekend getaway with friends. The location was perfect for being able to get to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg quickly.

My husband and I took our extended family to the Smokies for Christmas, and we stayed in this cabin so that we could all be together under one roof. The cabin looked great from the listing and turned out to be not quite as hoped. We had multiple complaints which were shared with the property manager, but some of the most concerning/unfortunate were black mold in the upstairs bathroom, the garbage disposal not functioning due to shot glasses and plastic debris inside (my husband had to fix this himself), the pea trap on the kitchen sink was completely clogged and had to be removed and unclogged in order for us to even wash our hands (my husband also had to fix this himself), and the kitchen and bathrooms were not as well stocked as we'd experienced in multiple previous VRBO stays and been led to believe. Otherwise, the cabin was well-decorated, in a great location, and stocked with many games. Unfortunately, we won't be staying here again.
