Me and my family loved this place! It was clean, and quiet. the pool was very nice.

We visited in August during the worst of the wildfires but still had a great time. The property is beautiful. The condo itself is spacious with a nice patio and bbq. We arrived late and had to drive downtown to get the keys which is super inconvenient as it’s not close. This practice needs to change or we would not rent again. The condo had ZERO amenities when we arrived. No soap, no toilet paper, no paper towel, no dish soap… literally nothing. We had to call multiple times to get anything and ended up just buying all our own. The fact we arrived to no toilet paper was odd. We called the number and there was no answer, so we texted and were told “there is a store down the hill, we will get you stuff tomorrow”. The towels were all damp and in the closet when we arrived as well. Had to dry everything when we arrived. The faults of this stay is not really of the condo itself, more of the management company. We would stay in a top floor unit if we came again.

It was a good place to stay. 2 things i did not like. Key pickup is in downtown. Under the furniture has never been vacuumed ever. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay

The property was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed in the property. The pool was nice and having a nice golf course just around the corner was a blast. Despite the fact that the check in was not on the property all was really nice and we recommend it.

We found the place very nice and clean but found that the BBQ would not heat to more than 200 degrees.

We were not aware that we were to pick up the keys for the condo at a seperate location from the condo. Thankfully the check in staff contacted us during our travels to Kelowna to confirm our arrival time and location of the office to pick up the keys. Apparently it is on the contract but not very easy to find amongst all the other details. Lovely condo and would highly recommend staying there..

Condo had everything we needed for five people. Very clean. Confusion regarding the parking, but otherwise happy with the property.
