Family get together over for adults. Tonie and Tina are wonderful. Excellent communication. The place is actually right across the street from a beautiful beach.

Perfect for our family reunion of 6 adults and two small children. Kitchen and dining table were good size. Location was excellent for going to the beach. Owners were accommodating. Had lovely outside areas to sit, although the weather prevented us from doing so. House has beautiful wood features. Living room was perfect size for us.

We were a family with grandparents, adult children and two small children. It was a perfect location right next to Ocean Park which is wonderful for kids and adults. Our host was lovely and the house was perfect. We had a fabulous time!

House is exactly as pictured and described. Literally across the street from Ocean Beach Park entrance. Tony and TIna were friendly and attentive. They came over a couple times with items we needed and a gift of fresh herbs from their garden. (they live nearby which is so much better than a remote caretaker)

The property is very close to the beach. The beach passes provided are very beneficial. Parking right outside the home is also another perk. The information communicated by the owner was minimal. I had to contact about the check in and check out process. Check out was a half hour earlier than stated on VRBO. As far as location, if you are walking to the beach you unfortunately can’t go in the entrance right across the street and have to walk a few blocks. The house suited us fine but is not exactly as described. It can use some major updating. The master bathroom is tiny and cannot and will not accommodate someone tall or plus size. Master bedroom also has virtually no lighting. The kitchen has most of the necessary items but unfortunately had fruit flies. The washer and dryer are in an area that could use some sprucing up. Most disappointing was the inability to use the kayaks. Upon questioning the owner it was learned that we had to bring our own life jackets and something about liability when it clearly stated under amenities that 2 life jackets were provided along with kayaks. None of that information was shared or communicated prior to our arrival or we would have brought life jackets. Needless to say my teenage kids were very bummed. There was also no welcome basket, and two beach towels for a house that can accommodate 8. The description and what is stated on VRBO is not 100% accurate. Please be aware that you will also be charged per person per day over 4 people if you rent this property. Shame on me for not realizing this before I booked and paid. I have never before accrued these types of fees when using VRBO. This makes no sense to me when I specifically looked for and rented based on a party of 6. Seems like nice owners who genuinely want guests to enjoy themselves but they could use some assistance accurately advertising on VRBO.

More beautiful than even shown in pictures. Host were very responsive. Had everything we could possibly need and more !!!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was as advertised. Plenty of outside spaces to sit. Tina was wonderful to work with. We are grateful to have a place to spend time together.

This is a really lovely house. Close enough to the beach to hear the waves and smell the sea. It couldn't be more comfortable or pleasant and the hosts are incredibly responsive. Will definitely be back!

Perfect place to enjoying ocean beach.

A casual spit for a group of friends to gather. Plenty of parking. The house is older, and it has some quirks, but it was a good choice for our group.

My family had a wonderful time at this property, the location is perfect for beach lovers. It was my husband and my self our two daughters, son-in-law and two grandchildren. We we able to enjoy the beach, BBQ on the grill and sit on the wrap around pouch and relax. The owners were very accommodating. There was plenty of space for everyone.

Our stay at this vacation rental was a great experience. The location is fantastic and the owner was more than accommodative with all the beach amenities you need for this trip near the sand.

The host was very helpful and responsive. The home is large and was perfect for the 8 of us. (5 adults, 3 kids). The beds vary in firmness, which was perfect because the kids wanted the softer beds and adults wanted the firm ones. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook family meals and to avoid going out while Covid surges again. All the bedrooms had AC units and the AC unit in the kitchen kept the ground floor cool. The walk-in entrance to the beach was only a block away. It’s an older home but it met our needs. Sitting out on the large porch was so peaceful during the day, and we made our way to the beach in the late afternoons, avoiding the larger crowds and midday sun. It was a great vacation! We made some great family memories.

We loved our stay here this summer! The location can't be beat-its a two minute walk to Ocean Beach/Boardwalk, Mystic, Westerly, and the Casinos are a quick drive, Clinton Outlets and the Book Barn are also easily accessible. Our hosts were awesome, they were super quick to respond to any questions and even left us some wine and beach snacks! This was a perfect place for our family and will be looking into staying again next year!

What a wonderful home in the perfect little spot. Everything from arrival to departure was exquisite. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine as promised and everything we could have needed was available. We didn’t need to bring a thing (besides a bathing suit)! The location is spot on right across from beach, exactly what we were looking for. The homeowners had chairs available so we had no need to bring any. The home was gorgeous and unique. The wraparound porch had plenty of seating and the iron gate entry way blows you away. The hosts were available at all times and even sent recommendations throughout our stay. Definitely a place we will be visiting again.

The location was great! We were able to enjoy ocean beach park and only 20 mins from mystic aquarium ! The layout of house worked well for our stay. Unfortunately due to owner remodeling use of the garage was not available and parking was not as stated in listing but we were not ticketed due to sign provided as the street is all residential parking. No cleaning supplies were left and the house could have been cleaner the floors were dirty and we had to deal with many fruit flies as soon we we walked in and found trash under the beds and dressers.

Walking distance to one of the nicest beaches in CT. Clean house with all the expected amenities, plus a few more (single person kayak available - can be launched from the Ocean Beach parking lot). Tina was very accommodating and made sure our arrival and stay was a pleasant one.

Our girls weekend at this house was lovely. The beach gates are directly across the street which makes the walk to the beach comparable to being parked in the lot itself! Staying at this rental was very easy compared to many others because so many amenities such as paper goods, soap, towels etc are included which made coming and going much more affordable and convenient!

Great location and nice clean home. Absolutely loved sitting on the porch in the rockers just feeling the breeze! Nice clean home, great a/c, location etc. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Interesting older house layout and woodworking. Kitchen is updated, compact but works well, good dining area with ample table, wonderful porch with ocean breezes, very walkable neighborhood and easy beach access. Overall a comfortable house and unique location by the ocean, with friendly hosts.

This weekend my girls and I had an amazing time. We loved the house. The wrap around Porch was a great place to sit and chat while having a glass of wine. we definitely would love to return. Tina was very responsive when I had any questions..

Loved the location - right near the beach (how can you beat that?). House had a quaint feel. Everything was nice. Extremely clean place. Communication was good. They gave me calls and texts to ensure my stay was going well. I would say I wish the beds would be replaced since 3 had really bad sag which resulted in back pain (we're all pretty young so that was a first!)
